This is the first hotel that I came across which does not provide an electrical kettle in the room and they charge you for it if you ask for it

It is a mid-range property on the main road with tram and bus service right outside which takes you into the city

Even though the breakfast is in the top floor, there is no view, which would have been nice, but this is just me being picky.

A bit too far from the centre, if you take the tram it will take you approximately 30-45 minutes to get to the Duomo. Also a bit on the pricey side for what are you getting.

The hotels are generally expensive in Milano in high season, so i would say it was expensive compared to other cities, but this Hotel was good. I don't have any any complaints other than the price but it is what it is.

The location of hotel is outside the centrum which make it really nice to stay at. You dont have that rush with all tourists in nearby and its easy to get on trains to the centrum. I got my own car so i could park outside the hotel. Its near to small discount shops and there is some small restaurants nearby. The room was clean and the bathroom was big. Its perfect for one person, im not sure if youre 2 persons how much space it would be at all. They have a kind little morning buffet, for me it was enough choices. Kindly staff all over. Definitely come here again. 12 minutes with car to San Siro.

The bathtub had a lot of scale and it looked like it was not looked after properly. Either a bath or bidet was leaking as we kept getting a pool of water in the morning.

The jacuzzi bathtub was a nice surprise. The room was tidy. The staff was polite and available. The hotel was very quiet which was a bit weird but nice! The breakfast buffet was lovely and there was plenty of choice.

No tea or coffee in room, had to pay extra for this but standard in most hotels. No air conditioning… maybe seasonal but the room was too hot at night

The night staff had a very nasty attitude towards the questions that I had regarding the air conditioner. I did not know that what we had was the heater, he just said to open the window because the first two nights were not very good because of that. I woke up sweating because I did not know that we had the heater and not A/C

A big variety of options at the breakfast buffet. The hotel is next to the tram stop that takes you directly to Duomo in around 20mins. Taking this tram and a frequent bus, it is easy to get to the bus stop of the bus which takes you to the airport Malpensa in 50mins.

The room was tidy and the bathroom facilities were great. WiFi connection was good and compared to other hotels I have been to there was more TV channel options than usual. In terms of location it is a bit far from the centre of the city but for me after watching a match at the San Siro it was close enough to walk. Also there is a tram stop that drops you off right outside the hotel which is very convenient.

The sound insulation of the room was very bad and at 1 am there was a noise from the corridor and I couldn't sleep It was not possible to sleep in the afternoon because the noise easily comes from the corridor to the room

Good location, right in front of tram stop, though not near to city center (half hour by tram to Duomo). Good breakfast. Well equipped room (enough furniture and plugs) also to work.
