It is a Penthouse which is wonderful but no lift so you need to be ok with stairs. Not a problem for some but harder for others, and luggage… Read the cleaning policy carefully. I think people skip that, I know I did!

Excellent location! And our host Marianna was very attentive - excellent communication about arrival, check-in, things to do. Extra touches like additional WiFi routers throughout the apartment, soaps, shampoos, cleaning supplies.

Apartment was spacious and near Duomo. The view of Duomo from upstairs loft was beautiful. Nice terrace to enjoy.having a Washer was great, but the dryer took hours to dry.

I knew there were a lot of stairs... and there were, but the apartment made it worth it.

Wonderful location. Easy walking to everything. Marianna was exceptional. Beautiful apartment with everything you could want. I admit to not cooking a single thing, but the kitchen had more than I would ever need. Would stay again and would recommend highly to everyone.

Nothing really, the only thing you need to be aware of is that there is no elevator. To us that was not a problem, but maybe do not bring your grandmother mid-July. Other than that, nothing! The apartment was perfect, and our stay was a dream.

Me and my friends had the best time here! First of all, the host; Mariana is the most attentive, nice and available host! Before arrival she gave us a ton of suggestions for restaurants, pools, small trips etc. and she was always available for questions. Even when I had a small accident and needed the go to the emergency room, Mariana was quick to answer on the phone and even offered to go with me. The area is perfect, the price is affordable and you feel like you're living an Italian dream. Thank you Mariana!

Absolutely NOTHING, everything was PERFECT!

Everything was wonderful! The apartment is in the heart of Florence, and from the terrace (one of them, there are three!!) the view of the Dome is absolutely breathtaking. It is perfectly clean and equipped with all the appliances you need in the kitchen and of course the washing machine. About Marianna - she is a perfect host! She helped us even before we left with all the information we needed, on the evening of our arrival, everything went perfectly, although we arrived late (around 11 p.m.) She was always present on whatsapp when we had something to ask, she equipped the apartment with absolutely everything you could find useful and even more :-) If your next vacation includes Florence, stay here, you will have some perfect days! Thank you, dear Marianna, for making our experience in this wonderful city so beautiful! :-)

The apartment itself is amazing - big, well equipped, perfectly located. It’s definitely difficult to find a place on Booking.com that has such a high score but there’s a reason this one deserves it. Totally recommended.

Our stay in the apartment was to our satisfaction. The apartment is very large, comfortable for a family with children, or several friends. The apartment with lots of furniture and appliances that make the stay a feeling of home. Fun to sit on the porch and watch the Dome of the Duomo. The area is perfect, with lots of restaurants and cafes, close to central areas and the main train station of Florence. Mariana is lovely. She helped us with everything we asked for restaurant recommendations, booking a taxi at the end of the stay and help with luggage. It was available daily. Mariana is very kind and generous.

The views of the Duomo and location were just great, the apartment had literally everything one could need, but the best thing was really the hostess Marianna, who is always available to help and is really really nice. I strongly recommend this apartment to anyone (families, groups of friends…), the rooms are quite large and the beds are super comfortable. Hope to come back some day.

The location - with a view of the Duomo - is fabulous, and despite being so close to the centre, it feels untouristy. The apartment is delightful, with multiple balconies for different times of day, and is very attractively furnished and equipped. Marianna is the perfect host, always available for advice and help. The location is spot-on amazing, the apartment itself has everything you can think to ask for on your stay over (from tiny details like sugar and toothpicks to hair dryers and reading material), the host is responsive and accommodating and the three balconies offer endless possibilities for chill mornings and evenings. Also really enjoyed the massage belt in the apartment! :) The long stairs up are a bit of a challenge in the heat, but that's a very small price to pay for the superb view and a spacious penthouse apartment.
