The property is very clean with all the equipments and amenities that you need. Wi-Fi is good. Lorenzo, the host, is super helpful and friendly. He is always available and ready to help. You cannot ask for a better host. The location of property is accessible with elevator and close to all tourism attractions by walk.

This was a fantastic apartment and in an excellent location in Florence only a few minutes aware from Duomo and Galleria Dell'academia. Hosts were very communicative in organising check-in and check-out, being at the property for both of these. Given lots of great information at check-in with the bonus of free access to washing machine & dryer during our stay. Apartment was lovely and finished to a very high standard. We were on the ground floor with an internal courtyard, kitchen with seating, bathroom and bedroom. Many thoughtful little extras provided in the property made it welcoming. Apartments are in the same street as a theatre and there is a shop at the bottom of the street. Cafe/bar next door was open on some days, but as it is only a few minutes walk to the Duomo there are many options for eating/drinking around.

Absolutely incredible stay. The appartement is centrally situated, clean, comfortable and is very well equipped with bath and kitchen supplies. Lorenzo was also so kind and quick to respond to our questions. I would definitely stay here again.

So happy we booked this apartment! Right in the heart of Florence, walkable to all the top attractions, the Duomo is 3 mins walk away! Yet quiet and peaceful. A high tech newly renovated apartment, also very spacious. We had such a comfortable stay in Florence thanks to Lorenzo who is a very attentive and responsive host, I contacted him months before our arrival for many questions and advices and he was always happy to help. He also told us that the apartment is available for early check in. Thanks very much Lorenzo. We will be back at Pergola35 for our next stay!

No fan in the bathroom and with multiple people showering it got quite steamy.

We had an exceptional stay at Pergola 35. The apartment was well located for sight seeing and we felt secure and safe at all times. The apartment is housed in a beautiful old building that has been carefully restored with high standard fixtures & fittings throughout. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped (with new appliances), and had a very comfortable bed. The manager of the property, Lorenzo, was extremely accessible and helpful, and communication was always easy. We were extremely grateful to Lorenzo who went above and beyond by personally delivering an item of luggage (that we had left behind) to the train station when we were departing Florence. We generally do not write reviews however this accommodation is worthy of very high recognition.

Pergola 35 was like our home away from home. Lorenzo was a great host, very accommodating, he went above and beyond to help us, like booking taxi’s and I saw him come over immediately and help another guest who had her wheelchair break. The location is walking distance to so many sights, yet on a street which is quiet, with a great cafe and wine bar right next door and it feels like a cozy neighborhood. Building has been renovated/upgraded with modern appliances and an elevator. Being able to do laundry was a big plus in the middle of our trip. I highly recommend this location

Super spacious apartment. Very well appointed kitchen. Location is fabulous. Less than ten minute walk to the historic centre or the Accademia Gallery. Fifteen minutes to the Uffizi and less than 20 to the train station. Grocery store nearby with plenty of bars and restaurants. And the friendliest wine window nearby too. Staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Free laundry was blissful!

Didn't like that we had to leave!

Beautiful decor, high end finish. Spotlessly clean. Amazing restoration of an old, character-filled building. Very quiet and peaceful at night, but still only a few minutes from the Duomo. We were made to feel taken care of, from the first meeting with Lorenzo. We had an issue, nothing to do with our stay, and Lorenzo bent over backwards to help us and make sure the issue was resolved. Really a very special place to stay.
