The most beautiful apartment in such a central location! Was very close to everything. First floor apartment. Paola was incredibly kind and helpful in giving us a little guide of the city. Supermarket and nice bars, restaurants, and gelato right next door.

Paola (owners mother) is a sweetheart and met us at the front door. This is the second time we have stayed there and the place is just lovely. The location is out of the tourist traffic zone but close enough that it is a short walk to everything. As an added bonus they put in a new grocery store 2 doors away making it even easier to get everything you need.

Very nice flat just out of the main tourist area. Easy to get to places by foot. Nice balcony for morning espresso or afternoon aperitivo.

Location is top!!! You can reach all tourist attractions by walking. Nice ice cream just next to the apartment, as well as a convenience store.

This was by far the best apartment I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Paola was wonderful. The place was spotless with everything I needed. It was right across the Arno and in a perfect location. I cannot wait to return.

Thought the day bed in the living room was not very comfortable to sit on. Would a pull out sofa work better?

Gorgeous apartment. Architecturally interesting and very well decorated. Our host was welcoming and helpful and communication was good throughout. Wi-Fi was good. The faint scent of the cones being made every morning in the gelato shop on the corner was delightful. Location was great - near a bridge just across the river from the busier side of Florence, it was close enough to everything that walking was easy but separate enough that it never felt too busy outside. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great Location for a weekend well spent in Firenze . Best Appartment we ever had in Firenze! Nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. Paola ist very friendly. So, we booked it right away again for next year ;-)

A lovely, spacious and comfortable apartment is just a short walk from the Duomo and other popular sights. We so appreciated the livingroom space to start and end each day.

Great location, all of the main sites were within a 15 min walk. Flat was very clean and comfortable, the kitchen had everything you would need. We loved the original floors and ceiling. The host Paola was friendly and helpful. We would stay again.

Spacious, quiet due to great windows, located by the best gelatoria in Florence and near some of the best restaurants in town, BTW we love the food across the Arno where we stayed. Our host was delightful. Her eating and wine recommendations were spot on.

Paola is a wonderful host and her flat made us feel like we lived in Florence. We walked everywhere thanks to the amazing location and were surrounded by gorgeous restaurants, wine bars and magical places like Piazza Santo Spirito. Highly recommend for a dreamy getaway.

There is nothing that could have improved our stay.

My daughter and I stayed in the flat for 4 nights and it was incredible. The communication with Paola was amazing and she met us with the keys. Everything about the flat was amazing, especially the location!! I highly recommend taking advantage of Paola's recommendations, as one of the restaurants was a local hangout and we were one of few tourists, and it was our favorite restaurant in Florence. I can't imagine a better place to stay in Florence. Thank you Paola for an Amazing stay!!!!
