The mattress was uncomfortably hard. The shower didn’t have any storage area and almost no hangers for towels.

This was the perfect hotel for a two-day stay in Milan. The location was very good and very convenient with the metro station just 1 minute away, the staff very friendly and helpful and the breakfast delicious. We’ll keep this hotel in mind for our next visit in Milan😊.

Due to its location, the room was quite dark, but we didn't stay in it during the day anyway, so it didn't bother us!

Great location with Loreto metro station just around the corner, and there is also a grocery store that is open until late. Our room was on the first floor, facing the inner courtyard and it was quite quiet, except for one night when the workers were unloading something from a truck at 3 to 4 in the morning! The room was very spacious, clean and tidy, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast is modest, but suficient. The reception is open 24/7, and the staff is super friendly, always with the smile on their face and ready to help at any time. We would definitely come back!

They let us check in early without extra fee when they saw we had children with us. Staff was also helpful with direction to us getting sim cards and attractions to visit.

The location near the station worked well for us but it was noisy outside of the hotel at night with lots of people coming & going (usually quietened down by 11pm).Not sure how I would feel about the location if travelling with young children. However we never felt that the atmosphere was threatening in any way, we felt safe.

This hotel does not look that great from outside but when you get in the staff were lovely, room was very clean & comfortable & breakfast was good with various choices.

Right in front of two metro lines, and on one good shopping street. 17m easy walk from Central Station. Good Breakfast. Note that the Hotel is on a second floor, you have to ring the bell in the street.

There was some noise from the metro underneath the building. It didn’t bother us too much but might bother some people.

About half an hour walk from the city centre and next to a metro station with two lines. The hotel was clean, safe and had a good breakfast. We had a problem with our safety deposit box on the first night and they fixed it first thing the next morning. The room was cleaned every morning with the beds made, and we had fresh towels/bedding at least twice.

Toilet seat broken (but I only stayed a couple of nights so I informed the staff only when I left). The area is .. not the best in Milano so unless you are going directly to the metro station right next to the hotel, you might not like walking around much. Breakfast not very varied and the breakfast room a bit cramped, but the food was sufficient (quantity- and quality-wise). The hotel seems to occupy just a floor in an otherwise generic appartment building, so it didn't actually have a hotel feeling (more like an aparthotel).

Metro station meters away from the hotel. Nice pastries at breakfast. Very warm staff. Quiet (but I didn't have a street-facing room). Nice rain shower. Close to the Central train station.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. Every time we walked by, they greeted us warmly with a smile. Additionally, we appreciated the convenience of being able to leave our luggage at the reception, which made our journey much more manageable. The location is great, as it is only a one-minite walk to an underground station.
