The location is quiete far from everything,

The rooms were spacious and the hotel looks nice, there is free transportation to the nearest metro station.

Not too close to transport options and you have to take about 26 mins walk to the nearest train stop and 8 mins to the nearest busstop

Toilets flushing was a miss and go. Room temperature could not be controlled. I was in a room which was constantly at 26 degrees....too hot. No real choice for vegetarians and the bar had nothing available. No disarrano, no cranberry juice, no lemonade. Swimming pool was good but not showers so had to walk to our rooms dripping...

Breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. WiFi worked well.

Unfortunately our room was not the cleanest when we checked in and the daily cleaning service could have also done the job more thoroughly. Partially, they left a small mess in the bathroom with our toiletries. That can definitely be improved.

The food was awful, I asked for this meat steak thing… what they gave me was undercooked and when I asked to cook it again they seemed to give me a microwaved version which tasted like rubber. The restaurant staff - our dinner server was inattentive. I think she was distracted by a child who has sitting playing a video game. However we felt rude calling her to help with our orders. Location - middle of no where

Staff we mostly polite and attentive which was fantastic. The room was a good size and of a very good quality. Travel - they have a shuttle which was brilliant

Location is in the former industrial area, public transportation stops are to far from the hotel.

Rooms were spatious and clean, wifi works perfectly. Breakfast were good, good choice of food and drinks.

Hotel was not well maintained. Room were not well kept. Windows could not open. Airco was not working. No connecting rooms for the room of my kids. Overall not was I was expecting.

the shuttle service was convenient to get to the metro - but would recommend every 15 mins rather than every 1hr & swimming pool was a nice touch

There were some parties going on and we didn't manage to sleep very well. I don't believe the place deserves 4* comparing to some of the hotels I've been.

We loved Marco, he works in the frontdesk and was super helpful.

The location was not great. Took too long to get in and out of the centre of Milan.

Breakfast consisted of a great selection. There is plenty to suit all tastes Coffee was really good.😋 Room was lovely although the blinds were a bit battered. I was lucky to have a beautiful view. Really functional gym and pool.

Some bathrooms were dirty, breakfast needs some improvement. They only give 1 card per room.

The bedrooms and lobby, quite clean, free shuttle to the nearest metro.

The place itself is good, just the location is a problem if you don't bring your car and since we didn't bring a car, it was a problem to us going there, I didn't expect that going there, we have to walk far with our luggage and we needed to pass a very dark tunnel, so please if you are a woman and you are alone, take a taxi to go there...also just recommendation to check the drainage from time to time because in our room, it didn't work well, we spent time unclogging it, so we can take a shower well without the water overflowing to our bedroom from the shower. That's it but overall, it was ok, they offer free shuttle going to the metro station when you check out, just have to book it.

I like the place, it has a posh ambiance. It is clean, and the receptionists are nice, they gave us water when we arrived and when we check out. They are very helpful, the breakfast is good too. It has a pool and gym...the pool is cold but I like it...just okay for me but my husband said it is too cold for him, so I didn't stay longer. Also another good thing is that they offer a free shuttle to bring you to the metro station.

There is no heating to the pool, either the water or the atmosphere. Room temperature was just a couple of percent hotter then outside temperature which in late November means about 10-12 degrees celsius. We had smokers room and windows were impossible to open plus there was no good ventilation.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and maintained. Breakfast was awesome.
