Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

CroatiaI chose this accommodation based on excellent reviews and I was not wrong. Everything is more than excellent. The location is central, within walking distance of Centro Storico, Quartieri Spagnoli, metro, Alibus Airport Shuttle. The room and bathroom are comfortable and clean, the breakfast is excellent and Mrs. Anna is a wonderful woman, every morning thanks to Anna I renewed my Italian language 😊. Naples is a beautiful, lively city, and as a solo traveler I felt completely safe and comfortable. Recommendations for visiting Naples and Toledo Point 👍.

AustraliaThe property’s location is very close to the historical centre and Spanish quarter and one of the funiculars. It is very close to the metro train station Toledo which connects to the Naples Central Station which is on the main regional line so travelling on the train is very easy. The rooms are modern, clean, comfortable and relatively quiet in an incredibly lively city. The breakfast is great and tasty local cakes were provided. Anna made us feel at home and answered all our questions about the city and its sights. Although she claimed her English was not strong, she is conversant enough to make herself be understood.

ItalyEverything was great.
Extremely clean, comfortable and modern B&B in the middle of the Naples historical centre. The B&B is located in a iconic building near the Toledo metro station and the pedestrian area with lots of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance. The famous Spanish quarter is very close by as well. The room is of a good size for two people, the ensuite bathroom is quite modern. The common area, just outside the room, is nice to have for an evening coffee or tea (everything you need for that is there freely available). The host (Anna) is extremely attentive, very friendly and generous. Will definitely be back!

AustraliaThe bed was a little bit smaller than we expected (especially for taller people) and the mattress was not as comfortable as we are used to. However, the host has already listened to our feedback and advises that she has put in a new mattress.
The location was fantastic and very central. The place was extremely clean and well kept. The host was very helpful and very friendly and accommodating to all of our requests.

United StatesAnna was a wonderful host. We enjoyed her B & B. The location was perfect, easy walking distance to most sites and the Metro was only about 100m down the street. The continental breakfast was very nice. Anna made eggs to order and sat and chatted with us every morning. It was fun to start our day with her company and the help of Google Translate. She was nice enough to help us get some mid-vacation laundry done. We would highly recommend her B & B.

GreeceOur stay at Toledo Point was the perfect choice. The b&b is on the third floor of one of the most iconic buildings in Naples. Impeccably clean room, charmingly decorated, spacious. The owner, ms. Anna, was very helpful and provided us with everything we needed. Most important, the room were very quiet and on the cold nights central heating was provided, making it warm and cozy. Needless to say, the location, piazza Carità, is the ideal place to stay!

United StatesBecause Google Maps has the first picture for Toledo Point of another building in the area, we were a bit confused about finding the B&B. Be sure to look at the building picture in the Booking.com listing for a picture of the correct building. Toledo Point is on the 3rd floor of a large multipurpose building that includes a Burger King.
Great location and comfortable room. Very nice amenities. Anna provided a wonderful breakfast with many protein options and traditional Napoli pastries. The room was very quiet which was surprising in a city. Easy walk to the Spanish Quarter, Historic District, and the port. We would definitely choose this place again.

PolandThere is nothing wrong in that place.
Anna - the Host of Toledo Point (TP) is a good spirit of this place. She is very pleasant and helpfull. The room I've took for two nights, was very clean, quiet and well equipped. The location is very good for visiting Naples, especially Old Town. It's well communicated - 150m from metro station. There is an elevator in the building so it is easy to get to the apartments even with heavy luggage.

United KingdomAnna, who I believe is the owner could not have been better. We arrived late to Naples because of plane delays and she waited for us. She answered all of our questions via WhatsApp before and during our stay. It was like we had a friend in Naples. We were in Italy to celebrate my wife's birthday later in the week and we even received a birthday wish after our stay. Now we do have a friend in Naples. 😀

TurkeyThe room and bathroom might be a little big bigger. Even tough it was stated clearly beforehand I still did not like paying extra for luggage storage. I suggest to include it in the price. Asking for additional minor fees is not a good image for any hotel in my opinion.

CanadaWas a minor thing but the AC turns off when you leave the room, and will resume when you return. We happened to visit in July when Napoli when it was very hot 34C+ before humidity and it took a bit for the room to cool down after returning in the evening. The AC unit looked new and worked great once it initially refreshed the rooms air. Really only a small nitpick, everything else really was great.
Anna was a fantastic host, tracking our flight to ensure she was present to check us in, providing information about the city and helping us with some small asks. The room itself was clean with nice finishings, racks for clothes and powered blackout blinds. The location was great, steps away from the Toledo subway station which was our hub to get around the city. We would definitely love to stay at Toledo Point if we return to visit Napoli in the future.
