How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The host, Andrea, was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay, always available to assist with any questions or needs we had. The location of Tredici Boutique Room is fantastic, with many key attractions within walking distance. We were able to easily explore the port, the San Carlo Theatre, and Via Toledo, among other popular sites. The central positioning made it incredibly convenient to experience the best of Naples.

Beautiful room in the Historic Centre of Naples. Andrea was a very helpful host and made check-in and check-out a very pleasant experience. The pool in the room is also fantastic.

Nothing really! The iron stairs are a bit noisy during the night, but Andrea explained that they had to build a strong staircase, so nothing to complain about!
Everything was perfect! The room is ideal for a family, it's very big, it has 2 big beds, very comfortable, great bathroom, a desk, hangers, cabinets to storage our bags, extra blankets, iron, fridge, free water, free coffee at the entrance, TV in the upper floor... Basically everything you need, decorated with style and detail. Andrea is a very good host, always available with whatsapp, giving nice tips about the city. The location is also perfect, right in the heart of Naples, everything is 5-10min away by walking. I wish we had stayed more days!!

Not really a minus: at weekends it could be noisy at the street, but when you close the window it is perfectly silent.
Andrea is a great host, who really celebrates hospitality. We received a lot of information in advance and a lot more tipps as we arrived, e.g. where to eat, how to plan some tripps etc. At arrival and departure date we could store our luggage which was very comfortable. The location is really in the inner city, you can reach the important things all by foot. It was a perfect stay.

It’s hard to imagine when you’re at the front gate that a very charming & updated 3 rooms hotel could be nestled inside but, sure enough, it is and proprietor, Andrea, is equally charming and exceedingly patient and helpful! The room was very comfortable with a great shower & excellent coffee was available just outside our door. Location was fabulous and Andrea gave us several helpful ideas to make our stay wonderful!

The location was perfect, close to everything and yet quiet. The room was fabulous, really spacious and had everything we needed. Loved having the spa bath to relax in after a long day. The staff were really friendly and professional. I would highly recommend.

It is not suitable for a romantic break. The focus is on providing good bedrooms. No bar or pool or garden. But that was fine for us.
Well located near the old historic town. Reasonably quiet at night which ia a big bonus in Naples. It is an ideal place for touring Naples for a few days. Andrea and staff are very good and available on whats app at all times. You can come and go as you please. Help your self to a good coffee in the reception. In room safe. The building seems to be in a safe neighbourhood.

As I focus on my health as well sleep quality, I would change the light bulbs to those having warm light with 2600K or less, especially around the bed

Everything was superb. We had a little trouble figuring out how to work the bath, but Andrea was there via whatsapp and helped us out.
The room was great, nicely designed and stylish. The old ceiling was very hight and awesome. The bath tub behind the bed was great. The shower with a glass window to the wall - too. Great place for a romantic getaway. Located very close to everything in the historic center. The host Andrea was very nice and helpful.

Window in our room was too high up to see out of so felt a little bit enclosed. Obviously I don't know what the other rooms were like. Safety deposit box should have been fixed/screwed down.
Friendly and very helpful host. Near the town centre so easy to walk almost everywhere, and good access to metro. Lots of restaurants nearby. Clean throughout. Good facilities/well equipped. Good security.
