No locks on the bathroom door meant it was hard to have privacy. Not enough pillows either. Also bars nearby are open so late hard to sleep after a day of sightseeing when you can hear people so late.

Pictures were not representative of the place. Although superficial, there were a lot of dirty markings on the wall and furniture was worn. It was comfortable enough for a one night stay but I wouldn't want to stay here beyond that.

The apartment was in an accessible and safe location. Spacious for a group of 4.

No WiFi. Not much privacy as we had the ground floor apartment facing the street. No cooking/eating utensils except one soup spoon. There was dripping water.

towel linens were insufficient. not enough hooks or places to set things down in the bathroom. the only mirror is in the bathroom. which makes getting ready harder for 4 people. no top sheet or lightweight blanket. the a/c did not seem to work. we were not given any hand soap or dish soap. and very little toilet paper.

the apartment we stayed in was clean and the space is nice. beds were comfy. staff was friendly.

Strange behaviour of Reception Lady.

The shower needs a full door, the toilette floor gets wet while you are having shower. The roller shutter next to the bed does not open, sent a message to Vintler Apartments but never got the answer, poor customer service. Was no carbon monoxide alarm as the boiler was inside the flat and was not possible to open the roller shutter to get some ventilation in the room, very dangerous. Before book your stay ask them if they have the carbon monoxide alarm installed.

The location was very good. The bed also was good, I found the flat clean.

The hot water didn’t work properly. the apartment was clean but bare. there wasn’t any consumables available even soap.

No internet. There are lights in the flat that you cannot turn off. They might disturb, if you are sensitive. The flat that we've been to is on a ground floor (low groundflor). Not really cosy, forget daylight. It's not said that to pick up the keys you have to enter zona traffica limitado. In case you are with a car have in mind you have to park outside the zone and then pick up the keys.

The location ist really good. The flat is big enough.

Check in is in a different location, very challenging when you have a car as it's in a middle of a no drive area. Parking was very expensive at 22 euro per day. The house was nice but hot water was hit and miss, no kittel to make a cup of coffee in the morning.

The house was clean, the bedding was comfortable. Location was nice, just outside the historical district

Construction work is occurring nearby with the noise starting around 8am very loud in the room. Therefore, I would only suggest it as a passing through and not a longterm holiday accomodation.

For a one night stay this apartment has all the basics that one can need, small kitchen, bathroom with washing machine.

There were more basics than I expected eg kitchen equipt. No love or care evident in initial furnishings, nor their maintenance. Sad. Maybe it's inexperience with that type of patron or their wishes, and that counts. Location near great neighbourhood.

Better than expected cf previous reviews. This one was obviously a new purchase so hadn't been allowed to ongoingly deteriorate. Nice spacious aprtmnt.

Hard to find parking not far. The flat was not so clean. We only stayed for 1 night so it wasn't an issue but I think facilities are not comfortable if you decide to stay there for a few days.

Staying in apartment you would expect basic things like teapot, coffee maker. There were nothing like that, and even no single cup was in the kitchen. No soap in bathroom. WiFi is not working in bedroom. Instructions were very confusing- they said 1st floor while it was second. Also they suggested to leave key inside when you leave but you can't open door downstairs to exit without a key, so we could get stuck in the lobby. Overall it is clear lack of human touch, so apartment with great potential turned out to be not that comfortable.
