We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Our second stay in this hotel. It is a perfect hotel for an early flight next morning. Can do some last minute shopping and have meals at Aeon Mall (one train station away) in the afternoon. At night, have dinner and shop in the airport. Room is spacious and nice sea views. Coffee corner at the lounge area. Also have cold and warm water dispenser in the lounge. They have a luggage weighing machine near the lobby and a machine which suppose to vacuum pack the clothes (100 yen for 5 mins), we did not try it though.

Located within airport building which was essential for an early morning flight. Room and was squeaky clean and very quiet. We were able to enjoy a hot soak in the clean and spacious bath tub. Breakfast was above average with quantity and quality. There are restaurants and even a food court at the nearby internationl terminal for lunch and dinner. It really was a value for money stay!

SingaporeCould tell it room was rather old or perhaps cleaning wasn’t done very thoroughly. There were no utensils in the room, though not an issue. since this hotel is really meant for a good rest before a flight, so it served its purpose.
It was literally at the doorstep of departure hall so it was perfect for early flights. Family mart right outside. Staff was accomdating to a wheelchair request for my mother and assisted with getting her to the check in counter.

The man at the front desk was very helpful and patient explaining the difference in room types between the old & new tower block when finding a solution to our request for rooms to be next to each other, via a top up of price difference to enable the rooms to be side by side. The room in the new tower was designed well to maximize the small-ish but comfortable room size. Also loved the huge windows overlooking the sea. Bed was comfy. Cleaners were helpful in showing how to use the wall mounted air conditioning controller, when I stepped out of the lift on the ground floor seeking assistance. Location was excellent, with less than a 5 minute walk from front lobby to the airline's check in counter, and a Family Mart along the way. Good choice of restaurants in the airport one floor above.
