We couldn't adjust the temperature for the air-con. It was hot during the first two nights that we had to request for our windows to be unlocked. I think a lot of guests complained that by the 3rd night the a/c was blasting cold air instead of hot.

The hotel is very near the metro train station exit (Exit 4), but use the other exit (Exit 1A) across the road if you're carrying luggage and need to use the lifts. Room was good sized and clean. Staff were nice and helpful. We liked that there were a lot of restaurants in the area.

Great location. Charming staff. We booked standard room - if you are taller than 180cm the bathroom can be quite small for you but otherwise it’s nice and functional. Bed was comfortable.

There was a lot of noise and doors wasn't isolating it at all. The room was dark and small. There was no view. There could also be more power outlets.

The location is amazing. You have 2 stores on the corner of the street and a metro station witch could take you directly to almost anywhere you want, also Osaka Castle was 10 minutes away by foot. There was a lot of reastaurants around. Would definitely come back.

We booked a non-smoking room but our room smelled like cigarettes. I suspect they converted it to a non-smoking room for our stay. Thankfully we could open the windows to air out the room. The hotel is also old so it’s a bit run down.

The room was pretty big for a business hotel room, and we were able to fit our 4 luggage in the room. They had everything you needed (towels, hair dryer, fridge, shampoo, conditioner, etc.). The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is very close to a metro station.

The hotel staff were very friendly, location was very close to the metro station. Osaka castle is nearby just a few minutes walking distance. Few convenience shops around.

The room was a bit too tiny, but is very common all over Japan. Used their laundry service and the driers didn't work properly despite 2 attempts

Checked in earlier and left the suitcases at the reception. When we got back to the hotel, staff had already brought the luggage to our room. Top people! Convenient to get to any part of Osaka and also within walking distance of the castle

The room is not soundproof, you can hear the noise when someone is opening or closing the other rooms and you can hear also the noise in the hallway. Our room is non-smoking but you can smell a smoke in the hallway.

The hotel is accessible to the train station and there are several convenience stores around the area and walking distance to a mall and Osaka Castle

- Difficult for suitcase travelling (but still adjustable) - Toilet has higher elevation, afraid to trip out when entering and exiting the toilet - Only one key, difficult for two guests

Bathroom was a bit small for anyone over 5'5 but otherwise it was fine.

Great location and friendly staff, good sized rooms for a singe person and felt very safe the entire time. The washing machine and dryer were useful and did a good job on clothes.

Honestly the staff went above and beyond for their guests. Room had all facilities that we needed. Sadly my husband got sick during our stay and they helped find a medical clinic and pharmacy. Even ran down the road with an umbrella for us. 1km walk from Osaka Castle and walking distance from trains. Highly recommend

We had to bring our own toothbrush and other toiletries. There’s an extra cost if you get one from them since they are supporting environmental initiatives which is understandable.

I like how they clean the room everyday. Just basic cleaning and getting our trash. They do change the sheets on the 3rd or 4th day of your stay if I’m not mistaken. You can leave your keys in the lobby and just get it back when you return from going out. Lots of restaurants and convenience store in the area. The train station exit is just less than a minute walk from the hotel. If you have luggages you can take the exit across the street with elevator access. They also helped me fill out the form for my luggage forwarding and took care of it for me. My luggage arrived safely in my hotel in Tokyo. I already booked my room again with them for my next trip. :)

The rooms are small (albeit I was aware of this when booking) so could be difficult for those who have a lot of luggage.

Good price, amenities provided, close walk to subway/station. Comfortable beds.
