Excellent location near a subway station. Front dest service was good with English speaking staff. There is a Aeon Supermarket near by with excellent selection and there is a dinning table in the room.

The rooms were spotlessly clean, with tea/coffee and extras such as face wash, toothbrush etc if you need. There is a mini kitchen if you want to cook with a good set up. The beds were comfortable. The property is about a 10 minute walk from the Dotonbori area which was fantastic for food, shopping etc. there are convenience stores nearby for milk and food supplies. The coin washing machine came in handy. Also - I highly suggest taking the free Osaka walking tour on Facebook.

Can’t recall any downsides I’ve experienced in this hotel. The laundry room was really heavily used and can be a bit messy.

It was conveniently located at exit 2 of the nearby subway. This street is quiet and I didn’t hear much road traffic noise at night. Beside this hotel was a convenience store and just at the corner was Aeon food hall. Super convenient for grabbing breakfast or a midnight snack. This place is less chaotic compared to Namba.

Great location and very helpful and friendly staff! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Osaka from this location! We were traveling with our 2 teenage children, and there was plenty of room for all of us in one room! We would definitely stay again!

The aircon was only in the dining room area. The sleeping area did not have aircon so we had to rely on the one in the dining area. Once the futon beds were set up, there was very little space left to walk

I liked the close proximity to Aeon supermarket and family mart. There was a good underground shopping street nearby which linked it to shinsaibashi station. The apartment came with most things needed but u had to get toiletries and tea bags from the counter at level 1.

It's opposite a fire station. So you will hear fire engines and ambulance sounds at night. If you are a light sleeper, this might be a sticking point.

Location: From Yotsubashi station (3 mins walk from the hotel), you can take the underground and reach shinsaibashi station. Shinsaibashi station is the start of the underground shopping that leads you all the way to Dontonburi (glico man). Easy walk. Food: There is Macdonald's round the corner. Aeon Food Hall if you wanna get breakfast or a snack. Nakau if you just wanna get a quick meal at night. Family mart is just 30 seconds away. I stayed on the 9th floor which was nice and cool. Property is awesome.

One of the room in the 2-room apartment has only tatami beds and not alot of open space available for packing of luggage.

The location is great, with a family mart just downstairs and McDonald and metro very nearby. There are also games for free rental in the lobby to keep the kids occupied. Rubbish is cleared and towels are replenished daily.
