If the opening hours for pool and hot spring can be longer, would be more convenient.

The staffs are friendly and good in English speaking. Facilities are good enough and the sea view in our room is unbeatable. They have their own private beach, so we can enjoy playing sand and also firework with my kid. The breakfast is also good and taste, and I really appreciate that they have many the potential allergic ingredient next to the food.

Restaurants looked expensive. Local area not too much to do or see or eat, but that to be expected of the area.

This property is nice, room are spacious, a family of 4 with 4 twin bed provided. clean, bathroom has shower and tub, all room has sea view, balcony, facilities are great, has warm water indoor pool, outdoor was super nice as well. Has real hot spring public bath. My kids love it. Breakfast was great, dinner was great

The rooms were not fully soundproofed so we heard noise from other rooms.

Food and drink was average at best. Cocktails horrible. 10 Dollars per day to use the Gym and/or the indoor pool is ridiculous. The amount of signage that plagues every inch of the hotel is almost funny. Their Eco Room cleaning concept needs to be improved on. There is nothing eco about not making the bed.

The room was clean and spacious. The view is great. The Beach was clean and the Pools are good. The provided Pyjamas were comfy. The indoor pools were nice. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

We had buffet dinner in the hotel and we thought it was just a tad bit expensive for the variety of food selection there. They tasted fine. I just think there is not enough diners on a daily basis and they cannot justify making large variety of dishes against their margin. I felt this was the hotel's only weakness because everything else was great.

The room was spacious and views from our balcony were excellent. The spa, pool and beach facilities were great as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room is a little bit small compared to all other facilities in the hotel, but it's well equipped.

The private beach and swimming pool are really good here, there's not that much people using it between 12-3p.m., so me and my boyfriend can stay there for a long time without disturbing. Gym and locker room are very clean. The view of the balcony is really nice, okinawa's sea color is gorgeous when the sun came out. It's really comfortable to get some food from convenience store and enjoy them at the balcony. The buffet breakfast is yummy, they served some okinawa's special food there. I lived there for 2 nights and they have changed the menu at the second day for a little bit, that make the breakfast not boring. Out of the hotel is a street with many restaurants, so we didn't have lunch nor dinner in the hotel. Foods on the street are also very good, and it's easy to get there. Staff at the counter helped us a lot with the bus information, they all got well trained and tried hard to communicated with us in English, everyone is so nice there. We can keep using the pool and beach after we check out until 12 p.m., we enjoyed a lot in this whole trip :)

The 40min wait for the buffet breakfast and the ticketing system that I couldn’t download on my phone. I also didn’t realise that you had to have coupons to access the gym, indoor pool and deck chair hire. I thought they would’ve been included in the room rate. I thankfully had access to these facilities when I first stayed at the hotel but I returned for an extra night and it wasn’t included in the room rate. I had a room upgrade so was happy with that!

I loved the private netted Tiger beach with deck chairs and relaxing music. The heated indoor pool was great and the heated small outdoor infinity pool was so quaint and peaceful. I loved that they had a gym with lockers. I loved that there was coin laundry and free parking with a buggy to your vehicle / the staff remove your luggage for you and deliver it to your room. The staff were super helpful and friendly. It was an easy walk to many restaurants on the Main Street and I felt super safe walking alone at night. The bed was so comfortable, aircon great and the big bath was excellent!! The views from the balcony were insane and sunset from the beach, wow! Cannot fault this hotel. Hands down the best value for money in Onna!

It’s superb! Great location and easy access by bus to the airport… no car needed. Lots of restaurants outside serving excellent food! We went in late March so no outdoor pools were open but it also meant it was very calm and quiet! Beautiful room with the best view on floor 12. Amazingly helpful staff! It’s a huge hotel which I don’t normally appreciate but it totally exceeded my expectations! Thank you Monterey… I will be back and also look for other hotels within your group!

There is often a long line to enter breakfast. Sometimes I had to wait 30 minutes, even though there were free tables (perhaps they were understaffed). Also, I often waited a few minutes for the elevators during the rush hour. WiFi was bad.

The view was amazing. Room was spacious and beautiful. Everything was very clean. Staff were very nice. The breakfast is a bit overpriced, but rich and tasty.
