Close to station. Excellent buffet breakfast. Good bathing on 14th floor. Room layout was good. Maybe a little squashed for two. Good room for one. Plenty of water in shower as with most Japanese hotels. Staff very attentive.

Dust behind TV (connected HDMI of own device and noticed that dusting is needed; usually would not notice but still, small area of improvement). Cleaning staff was very friendly though. Bed light too bright, because from above, shining brightly from ceiling.

The location is amazing as it is a short walk from the station, the amenities were superb I used the sauna every morning and night, they have Laundry as well.

If they could just upgrade the bathrooms to be just a walk in shower without the bath it would've been much better. It's also a little bit further away from the station but it's a relatively easy walk with luggage and that is also built into the lower price compared to the ekimae hotels.

First of all the standard of breakfast delivered at this property is simply astounding for the kind of hotel – my brother and I were a bit shocked. You would struggle to get this quality of food at a 5 star hotel, particularly the variety and Japanese options. Sure the rooms aren't anything special but they are clean and usable for a stay. I would comeback in a heartbeat just to experience the breakfast again. For our stay we based ourselves here for a day trip out to Nippondaira Hotel (Upper Lounge for an elevated lunch or lower level for high tea option) and Nihondaira Yume Terrace for a view of the coastline – unfortunately didn't get to see Fuji-san but the views were still outstanding. Nearby is also the ropeway/cable car to and from Kunozan Toshogu. On a good sunny day Miho No Matsubara would have been a lovely walk with views to Fuji-san.

The AC in the room kept defaulting to 26C (from my preset 23) every time I went away and I had to keep it running even overnight keep the room cool for comfortable sleep. That is the only very minor thing I could complain about during my whole stay.

It is a new hotel, about 10 minutes of easy walk from the Shizuoka station. Everything was nice and clean, the room was spacious with a gorgeous view of the mountains. The buffet style breakfast was delicious, most of the main food was changing every day, so I never got bored of it during my 5-day stay. The beds were super comfy with plenty of pillows and the spa was great to unwind after a long day on foot. All in all it exceeded my expectations and I'd be happy to come back.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

Hotel Ole Inn is very conveniently located. The buffet breakfast is excellent with a great variety of delicious food. It also provides complimentary curry rice with salad, drinks and coffee in the evening. The room is clean and well equipped.

There was a Yakitori shop near by the hotel and the smell was very strong.

Parking is secure but it is not directly in the hotel grounds. It's behind the hotel in a vertical storage unit that looks like a plain, 3 bay block building. Added to this it's on a one way street. Had to be guided there by the desk clerk. Keep the ticket from the attendant and have the front desk validate it when you check-out or you will pay. We found the process a touch confusing when we arrived, but it was all good.

Room very comfortable, and the desk staff were very helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle free, always a bonus. Breakfast was large and varied, feels like business hotel. Having secured parking is great, but comes with a small twist (read following).

Everything is excellent, new hotel with cozy spacious lobby, free coffee and lounge space available from the moment you check in, onsen and breakfast was wonderful as well, apart from various choice of food there's even strawberry 🍓!room was nice and clean, giving a view to street of Shizuoka, location is very convenient to city center and shopping area, very nice experience. Definitely recommend!

Quiet location at the end of the row of shops but within walking distance to the train station and shopping area. Complimentary parking for hotel guests with ample parking across the the street with an outdoor and elevator parking system. Amazing breakfast spread with many choices to choose from and children’s cutlery provided. There is also a limited amount of curry rice at the lounge in the evenings. Indoor and outdoor Natural Onsen on the top floor with a coin laundry room and vending machines. The tv in the room has information on the congestion situation at the onsen. There is also a pillow room on certain floors with different types of pillows you can choose from. Rooms are spacious and guests are given a nice toiletry pouch that you can bring back. Two sets of lounge wear and 2 sets of towels are provided. One of the better types of hair dryer provided by a hotel. Overall the attention to detail and facilities provided makes it a great place to stay. Will definitely choose to stay here again if we’re in Shizuoka again.

There wasn't a family room we could book so ended up getting x2 twin rooms for the 4 of us.

Large and nice lobby. Quite new. Parking in the building just behind the hotel. Our Toyota Noah was able to fit into the car lifts without a problem. Onsen on the 14th floor. Small open air area in the Onsen as well. You can check how busy the onsens are on the TV - cool. The rooms were clean and bigger than most.

Breakfast is only until 9:30, not good if one wishes to sleep a little longer.

This hotel is about 10 min walking distance from the train station - not that close but walkable. Compared to the usual business hotels in Japan, it has a spacious lobby and the rooms are reasonably large. It's unique point is the thermal bath on the top floor.
