The owner is humble, helpful, polite, kind, respectful, generous man. He gave us a ride to the 7 waterfalls as well he gave us a ride back to the train station because it was pouring rain on the day of our departure. The suit we stayed at was traditional Japanese and we had a private onsen just for us 2 on request. It was magical experience. The owner shared with us his fruits from his garden. Unique experience the best in Japan. We wish him all the very best and long and happy life.

Even though we arrived late and It was night outside it’s nice to get from the train station on the road near the river. The owner speaker little English but we managed to understand each other and he is really nice. He prepared the onsen bath for us. The accommodation is nice and clean. There are also some restaurants close in walking distance.

Good place to stay with great price. Was the only guest during my stay. The host was very nice. The room is spacious clean and comfortable. There are parking spaces, nice onsen bath, and lots of amenities you can use. There are some local eating places nearby.

Basic but clean facilities, shared kitchen and bathroom, onzen with water from nearby hot spring, free tea/coffee ... a perfect price/performance ratio! I was cycling Izu peninsula, they even had a dedicated spots for the bikes. And the onzen was perfect to recover and relax.

Peaceful and quiet location, in a very local neighbourhood with a great izakaya nearby. Also convenient to travel by bus for sightseeing. Owner is friendly and helped with a lift to the train station.

After arriving by train to Kawazu Station, we had to walk around 20 minutes in the dark to reach Pension Rally, but this was nonetheless a pleasant walk, mostly along the river. Overall, our stay was an excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place inside out! Very nice and accommodating owner welcomed us with smile. Good location with groceries stores nearby. Spacious rooms with living area & super clean place and comfortable beds. We definitely coming back here again rather than staying in busy town in Shimoda.

Pet friendly, very close to the station, tennis court for free 😉🎾

Great quality for the price. Quiet place with a big room and great, helpful owner! I travelled with my dog and she could feel like at home. When we were about to take her for a potty outside, after dark we were offered a flashlight. The room and common area were super clean and everything was provided (towels, toothbrush sets, razors and also kitchen supply like plates cups). I'll definitely would love to visit again. Thank you for a great hospitality,😁

Rooms and common area were clean, spacious, and well equipped. Plenty of amenities. There was a table tennis and many toys for sport activity. Due to the weather we couldn’t play tennis, but there is a full tennis court with all the equipment including tennis shoes in various sizes to use!

The property is about 15-20 minutes walking from the station. It’s faster to walk through the city but if you have time walk along the river. It’s beautiful. There are not many restaurants or convenience store close by. The closest is about 10 minutes away but, there are a lot of places to shop for food by the station.

This place was great! The owner was very attentive and friendly. When I first walked into the pension he made sure to give me a tour of the property, show me how to use the different appliances in the facility, and communicate about who I would be coming and going from the property. This was really helpful as the shower area and bathrooms are communal. The bedrooms were very clean! All the sheets and pillow covers were very clean. The shared spaces were cleaned every morning and every night and coffee and tea were available for free. The tennis court and table tennis areas were always open for use. The whole experience was very comfortable and relaxing.

Very cozy place to stay, it doesn’t have sign, please check the address before going, the booking.com address is not accurate. Open parking in front of property, easy to access.
