There is a highway directly located next to the hotel which, depending on your room could be fairly loud for you. The rooms were fairly well sound isolated but you could still hear it a bit. I personally did not mind but other people could be more sensitive to it. The doublebed rooms size were quite inconsistent, some being smaller than others where you don't have enough space to get up without disturbing the other person in bed if you lay on the wall side.

The staff was super friendly and spoke great english. Very helpful, just a great experience. The Location was about 5 minutes away from the midosuji line which was very convenient and also a Lawson next door. Namba and Tennoji were also very walkable. Its only like 15 minutes away so you could easily walk back from Dotonbori to the hotel when the trains don't run anymore. The rooms were fairly modern and the twin bed rooms had a decent amount of space for a japanese hotel room. You also receive a lot of amenities which was really nice.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance of Namba Station and Daikokucho Station. If you’re exercising, you can easily walk to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi-Suji Shopping Street. The staff are approachable and friendly, always ready to help. Highly recommended!

It was a 10 minute walk to the closest station which can be a little bit far with luggage’s and backpacks.

The hotel room was clean and the room was relatively bigger compared to hotel rooms in Tokyo. We got fresh towels and PJs on a daily basis and the amenities were great. We got 2 complimentary waters everyday, and they also emptied our garbages. The hotel staff are also very friendly and helped us to forward our luggage to another hotel at the end of our stay.

Room quite small and train tracks noisy, but for that price you cannot complain.

We stayed two nights with breakfast. Western style hotel room. Very impressive reception. The neighborhood is lively, but not too loud. Many possibilities for shopping, night life and amazing restaurant in the area and very easy to reach with public transport. The room has a big comfortable western style bed, but the room itself is quite small and a bit claustrophopic. You hear the train tracks quite loud in the room, but the trains don't drive in the night, so we slept very well. Apart from the trains the room is calm and you don't hear the other guests. The breakfast buffet is not included. The breakfast includes a huge impressive buffet. Take your time to try out new things. Mostly Japanese style breakfast including cute, but very sugarbased, western style breakfast options :) Very friendly staff. As with all hotels, ryokans and hostels we visited, you can leave your bags at the reception before/after checkin/out. As with western style hotels, you don't have to take of your shoes inside. But you should take of your shoes in your room. No kimono, no tatami mats, no futons. So if you are looking for traditional Japanese style, this is not your place. Very clean.

Although the location is good, close to several train stations and very walkable to Namba and Dotonburi, the hotel is right next to the train lines and a road flyover so fairly noisy - not recommended for light sleepers! Very reasonable price though.

The room is very clean and nice. They have amenities kit that we can pick up at the lobby. Hotel staffs are very helpful and polite. I feel very thankful . We can walk just 5 min to Osaka metro red line, which can connect to the main spot in Osaka (Namba, Umeda, Shinsaibashi) and big train station (Osaka-Umeda, Tennoji, Shin Osaka) that we can easily travel to other cities (Kyoto, Kobe, Nara).

Not at all a major issue but the breakfast options were a little lacking especially if you don't eat meat. Having some fresh fruit and toast would be a good addition.

Room was on the smaller side but not an issue, just something to be aware of. Location was good, right near train station and a shortish walk from the main shopping area. Staff were very kind and allowed us to leave our bags at the hotel before checking in.

The room was a bit smaller than expected, but it was manageable.

Staff members at reception were amazing! They helped with booking our taxi and helped with calling Jins on my glasses delivery that did not arrive on the specified date.
