Check in is a little late at 4pm, and the shared bathrooms on our floor was busy.

Great location, friendly staff, comfy bed. The free public bath was grea too.

The rooms with shared bathroom are excellent value for money considering the location. The rooms are large considering their arrangement, especially when compared to "fancy" capsule hotels. The fact you can lock your door and keep your luggage in the room far exceeds capsule hotels. The top floor bath is also excellent.

The compact rooms are extremely compact but OK if you're only planning on sleeping there. The pillow was a little too hard and high.

This was my second time staying here. I enjoyed the access to gluten free breakfast, lunch and dinner in their lobby cafe. I was also happy with the selection of restaurants nearby that had gluten free meal options. The public bath on the top floor was really warm and relaxing. They also have a very good guest lounge with very modern decor. Lastly, I was also very appreciative of the response to my request for a quiet room. They allocated the perfect room!

The pillow was quite hard and there was a construction site outside my window, even though I requested a quiet room. I think the lighting in the public bath could be dimmed a bit to feel even more relaxed.

The gluten free options in the lobby cafe were great and the public bath was very warm with a relaxing atmosphere.

The bed wasn't comfortable. There is an oddly shaped mattress sitting on top of the frame that kept sliding off.

Convenient location from the station and walking distance from Dontonbori. Clean facilities and super convenient for those looking to have a fun night out in Osaka.

I did not feel comfortable with the shared bathroom during COVID because I feel very anxious and uncomfortable.

I liked my new room that I changed to with private bathroom because the room was more spacious and also I prefer to have private bathroom.

Exterior of hotel is nice but rooms inside need remodeling. The rooms were very old and needed updating especially the carpet. The blinds also did not do a good job of blocking out light from the street. My wife and I used eye masks.

it was a comfortable basic room... The bath was nice. Toilets are not in the room bot on the floor but easy. The check in staff girl was nice.

Nothing really struck me in a bad way.

The public bath on the 10th floor is amazing. The Lobby has various relaxing events throughout the day like a vinyl session from 15-16, and the staff was really helpful, both in a friendly and professional manner. The rooms themselves are appropriately sized for japanese standards and are very clean. If you want to experience the nightlife in Osaka I recommend this hotel, because it is within walkingdistance of Dotonbori, and you can get back in all night.

I’m not really comfortable with the public bathroom.

The lobby area is so comfy, staff was very nice and welcome. The room is good and fit for solo travelers. The hotel location is very close to the train station exit and shopping area.

The bed of our room was extremely uncomfortable, very hard. The room was not sound proof at all. The aircon could not be properly controlled and would suddenly turn on in the middle of the night, randomly. The staff is a bunch of youngsters that try to mask their complete incompetency by being nice, but it does not work. Nobody speaks more that 5 words in English. The laundry instructions are only in Japanese: printing and posting a translation on the wall must be so hard! We had the unluck to use a broken washing machine, and after convincing the staff to help us, it was very hard, they did not even put a notice that the machine didn’t work, for the next person to be advised. Finally, at checkout they categorically refused to call a taxi for us. Foreigner are clearly not welcome. Avoid this place

Not a tattoo friendly place. Their public bath is the only place to shower and you can’t go if you have tattoos or unless you cover them with stickers and such (these can be bought at Don quiote but they’re not cheap). During the day it’s also warm in the room.

The hotel location is great. Rooms are simple, well equipped, clean and quiet. Onsen in the hotel is a great bonus. Reception guys are very nice and helpful. Thank you.☺️
