We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Room is very clean and comfortable. Check in and check out are efficient. Staff are friendly and helpful. Value for money. Family Mart is just opposite the hotel.

VietnamIf you want the vibe of making a new friend, this will not be a place. Very good for family, but as solo traveller, it ‘s a little lonely. ;)
The hotel offers the free shuttle bus between Kanayama and Nagoya station, which is very good value. Check-in and check-out process are smooth. Free breakfast with a good variety of choices. Best price-value rate I feel

United KingdomThe car park was full so we had to use local parking but lots available and wasn’t expensive so not really a problem.
Amazing location with a shuttle bus to the nearest station. Close to amenities and perfect for us as we were travelling to the Grand Prix in Suzuka. Staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was included and lots to choose from, lots of helpful bits like toiletries and pyjamas available and vending machines in the lobby.

United StatesCheck in was pretty late at 4pm but it was okay since the front desk worked pretty late. The location is a bit far from the train station but it was a short 10 minutes if you didn't mind walking a bit. Not much in the neighborhood around the hotel but at least the hotel was very nice.
Hotel staff was very kind and accommodating to English speaking foreigners. The hotel staff helped me store my luggage before I came back to check in. Check in seemed to have available really late into the day, I checked in around 7pm or so and the front desk was full of staff. Room was great and staff was definitely the highlight of the hotel.

United KingdomThe breakfast was great - very filling, and had a variety of Japanese-style dishes. The room was spacious, just about big enough for 2 adults with large suitcases, and decorated in a modern way. The hotel was very clean, and with a lot of available amenities, and the staff was friendly and kind. They spoke both English and Japanese so the processes of checking in and out were smooth. The best thing was the free shuttle bus to and from Kanayama Station. We were given a handy timetable, and the pick up and drop off point wasn't far from exiting the station itself.

JapanThe room has some part that was dusty, but it was fine. Also, they provided a hot water kettle and cup, but there was no spoon in order to make the tea.. But I guess it was just a mistake from the cleaning staff?
THEY HAVE SHUTTLE BUS! It's the best thing to have especially when you arrive late at night after a tiring adventure during the day. The shuttle bus is available every 10 minutes, so it's very convenient. The breakfast buffet was also nice, although it was a little bit under expectation, but for a quick breakfast, it's perfect.
