We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Staff greeted everyone. Courteous, kind, efficient. Huge breakfast buffet. Nice selection of amenities. Economical friendly hotel. Would definitely recommend!!

GermanyThe ventilation in the room was quite noisy.
The room was large enough to open a large suitcase. Medium sized suitcases could also be stored under the bed. Breakfast in the lobby 6:30 - 9:00, free coffee until 10:00 am. Luggage storage possible, since rooms are ready by 16:00. Eco cleaning (towels are exchanged everyday, room cleaning is performed after three nights). Close to Kagoshima-chuo station. About 30 minutes walk (or a little bit longer because there are a lot of stairs to climb) to Shiroyama Park Observation deck with a great view of Sakurajima. Get up early to see the sunrise, if it's not cloudy!

Good buffet breakfast, especially the miso soup. Spacious room with a big desk. There is room under the bed to put your luggage. A big bathtub, long enough to stretch your legs out. Very close to the main train station and bus stops.

Very easy to find and super close to train/ bus station. The free included breakfast spread was very impressive for the price I paid for the room. It was delicious!

United StatesBreakfast area a bit cramped and crowded. Quality of the food was a bit lower than other business hotels where I have stayed. While there were good efforts to be environmentally friendly with things like soap and shampoo, there was a lot of disposable single use items at breakfast such as styrofoam takeaway trays.

United KingdomThe lack of specified hand soap. I like to have actual hand soap not a combination of face and hand soap, for me this is annoying. This happened in the Kanazawa branch as well. I had to go out and buy my own hand soap.
Really near the train station which was fantastic for me. Like a 4 minute walk. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was decent for the price.
