The location is very near major shopping centers and brands, and also very near to restaurants and food. The rooms are also spacious enough for what we booked.

Breakfast process could be improved a bit as at the time I went everything was empty, and the staff was running everywhere trying to keep up. Fruits would have been nice.

Good price and location, regardless of the general out dated look of the rooms it is very clean and comfortable.

Security is not high. Not like other hotel I have been in Japan, it does not require tapping card to reach the room level. Noise cancelling can be better.

The hotel has perfect locations, cover two main railway line, which maximum 1 transit required for most hotspot. Staffs are very nice. Environmental friendly which tea bags, coffee, and some of the amenities would only provide freely at the reception

Old style of interiors. Expensive. We paid 393k yen for 5 nights, 5 Rooms of twin sharing.. but website says 3k only per room.

Just notice that a lot of hair on the floor, i mean girl's hair, maybe no picked up by vacuum clearner. But generally the room is clean.

Very near the shopping district in Sakae, near the Sakae station so very accessible. Close to Oasis21 and Nagoya tower which is beautiful during night time.

Great location and easy to get to from the train station. The hotel itself is not modern, but more old fashioned and with character, the rooms are a bit bigger than the current rooms I’ve found. There is a great park and shopping district nearby with a sky tower and lots of shopping. The location is really ideal- I enjoyed staying here!

Nothing. It had everything we needed.

We stayed at Koko for one night as we were visiting Ghibli Park the next day. Booked 2 rooms ( small double bed) as it was for 2 adults and 2 kids. Rooms were expected - Id say the bedroom area was 3x3m, it compact but it was all we needed. Bed was confortable for 1 adult an 1 child under 10. And for the price it was worth it. It was a little outdated but we didnt mind. The room and bathroom was clean and we found the rooms than the APA room we stayed in Yokohama. We didnt have breakfast but rather explored the area for food. Many convenience stores and restaurants to buy foods. We loved the complimentary bath salts, they smelt amazing! Location wise, it was right next to the tower, high end shops as well as what seemed like the young "fun" district...

Limited capacity breakfast seats, but diner come and leave fast therefore wait time is short.

Location super convenient yet quiet. Room is large by similar sized Japanese accomodation at this price. With street facing windows.

I asked the front desk and they said there are no laundry services but just before checking out, I found a laundry bag and price list in the drawer.

The breakfast was nice. Entrance is suitcase friendly. Good soundproof even though we're right next to a busy street in Sakae. Comfy room and has all the essentials needed. Location is amazing. Many restaurants and shops nearby. The closest subway exit has no escalators nor elevators but the closest exit with elevators is fairly close.
