Toiletet didn't flush well, room key didn't work because of door's old key hole...These need to be repaired. Only two pities for us.

Good design room, calm atmosphere, spacious room, confortable bed, wide private pool, staff's good service, delicious breakfast, good location(easy access to Angkor Wat area& pub street by Tuk tuk) ,almost all!

It was in a really good location. Two lovely pools and an excellent restaurant called Kroya. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There was always a policeman on duty to stop traffic to allow guests to cross the road. It had a nice shop within a two minute walk and there were always tuk-tuks outside ready to go anywhere for only a few dollars.

Beautifully designed hotel with loads of character. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast with excellent pastries. Not as much variety as some however. V. good value food and drinks by pool. Lovely pool setting And superb restaurant with exciting menu.

It was a fantastic hotel, and a great stay. Location was good, walking distance to center... Staff were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was yummy, both European and local tastes with very nice fresh fruit selection. Coming back from sight seeing all day, relaxing by the pool was great. Loved this hotel!

Location, amazing staff, exceptional services. This was one of the best resort we’ve stayed in during our family trip in Vietnam and Cambodia. The friendly and thoughtful staff packed us breakfast and arranged for tuk tuk rides to Angkor Wat to captured the sun rising above the temple. I highly recommend to treat yourself for a stay here.

The internet was slow but that could very well be a function of the country and not the hotel.

An outstanding choice in Siem Reap. The property is beautiful, the rooms spacious and comfortable, the service impeccable, my massage was great and my dinner at Kroya, their high end restaurant, was outstanding and a bargain. They staff was the nicest group of people I can remember in many decades of travel.

Rooms are a little too cluttered with large light/ship lamp base the main bed.

There is nothing not to like! Simply stunning.

A warm welcome awaited and we immediately felt at home. The pool villa was just simply stunning. Attention to detail in every aspect and the little extras really showed how first class this hotel is. The bed was cloud like, divine and we could not have been happier. Breakfast was delicious. Our Bentley Butler Grace is deserved of a very special mention. Warm, professional, helpful and became a much treasured friend. I hope we keep in touch. Her loyalty and praise of her employees shows a truly dedicated member of the team. We also spoke with Chanra, one of the management team and she was lovely too. The staff at this hotel really do go the extra mile and you can see the pleasure they find in their roles. I can’t recommend a visit enough!

The cost-benefit ratio of some services such as private car tours including driver and English speaking guide from the hotel which costs $ 135 for 4 hrs. The cost-benefit ratio of the airport pick-up and returnal for $ 85 one way. And last but not least the New Years dinner buffet per person for $ 150. Besides costs, the noise during New Years festivities at the hotel and in the neighbourhood. In terms of sports, the hotel informs about an in-house gym but this is nothing more than 4 sports devices and a few weights and more than 3 people do not fit into the room at the same time.

The most precious element of the hotel is definitely the friendly staff. An outstanding example was Ms.Ratanak working on the front desk who already informed me ahead of our arrival of the travel details of our planned trip.

The location was excellent, close to the center of town but removed enough to be quiet. The grounds are lovely and the large pool is beautiful. On every level, service was great. There was not one request that did not go unmet. The breakfast buffet was very good, as well as the restaurant, Kroya, and the spa too. I couldn't have been happier with my stay.

We loved everything about this hotel. The property itself was beautifully decorated in a great location for walking into town but also very peaceful. The food at both restaurants was exceptional, including breakfast and we loved the drinks menu. The pool area was also great. The team were so friendly and welcoming and helped us arrange airport transfers and our tour of Angkor Wat which was amazing.

We were originally upgraded across the street and we didn't like being away from the larger pool and the morning meal.

Ms. Ratanak was a truly exceptional manager. Grace and Jack at the front desk took care of everything-- almost always before we even knew we needed those things done! Excellent food. Very comfortable and unhurried dining. Something for everyone at breakfast. They had a lovely library and the original artwork everywhere is quite distinctive.

I didn’t like that I needed to cross the road for the main pool, gym, breakfast etc. I didn’t get to really enjoy that side of the property.
