Lobby and elevator could be more often cleaned from dirt and stains. Metal sink in the bathroom reminds lavatory in the train.

Central location. Rooms are just fine but can be unreasonably pricey.

Poor bedding - single bed is not a good offer to guests

I didn't like breakfast, the offer and the food proposed, was overcooked and overpriced. The hall with the table and sofa was nice but very dark. The blankets were not warm enough.

Very good location, close to the city center and the bus station. Very clean and calm. Kind and helpfull staff. Nice view on the park.

The hotel is geared toward groups and conferences, so is less accommodating to individual travellers. We had a very long wait at the restaurant for instance, while the staff was preparing a buffet for a group.

When I arrived at my room, the key card didn't work. Back down for a new one. The night porter (I arrived close to midnight) was on his rounds. Had to find someone from the restaurant team who provided a new card.

Clean, simple room. Good bed and able to make tea. Well situated for arrival by car.

It was really cold most of the times. In some part of the days heating was totally off and in the evening also. We got additional blankets, but generally was very uncomfortable to be in the room...

Location was good, although not exactly for our needs, but generally closed to center. The cleaning ladies were really nice.

I was missing a minibar in the room to keep some items cool.

The location is excellent and the hotel is very well decorated. It feels modern and welcoming. It’s clean and tidy in all shared areas. The staff was friendly enough, although some members of reception were slightly more welcoming than others (not it a rude way but in a ‘I’m just gonna do my job but won’t be happy about it’ way. I was able to hire a bike for some days and the bike was good and in excellent condition. The room was clean with good size windows that open to let fresh air in. The bed was comfortable and the shower had amazing water pressure.

As this was a last minute stay I had few options from which to choose. For a small provincial town like Wageningen this is too expensive.

The room was not as good as the rest of the hotel. The composition is a bit weird, and the bathroom is small. The bed was comfortable, but the light was also a bit poor. By design, I think the room lacked compared to rest and for the price.

The hotel is beautiful and smells delicious. Very close to the restaurants and the center.

The heating is very weak and the WIFI in the corner room is not good

Many thanks to the lady at the front desk of the hotel from 3 pm to evening on January 21, 2024. She helped me resolve an unexpected problem and quickly moved me to another room when there was a problem with the heating in the first room. I don’t know her name but I have to say thank you to her.

Even in winter I feld cold in room. The heater only worked at certain time based in time setting of sleep time. because I had jet lack of 6 hours different with Indonesia so I wake up at 2 am and start to work in room.
