First of all the term Landgoed doesn't fit: it is not one property with a kind, familial, classy attitude but an enormous event location with place for several events, also having an hotel and rooms dispersed over acres and acres in small buildings and a lot of personnel acting by strict regulations.Secondly the room was very small(I think less than 14m²), dark, and with a not separated Shower and WC, which obliged the person not using that facility to enjoy all smells of the other using them and incomfortating both.Thirdly there was dust everywhere in the room; the room had not been done or used within weeks.Finally in the neighbor room the couple had a fight. The value for money rate is much too expensive.

Breakfast and Dinner were excellent, served by very attending people.The reception was so friendly however overcharged by a weddingparty. Parking was easy and safe.

Cleanless of the room can be better. If you need more privacy for the bathroom, then better go to another place. The door in the bathroom is almost transparent.

I should expect you should stay in the old building as on all the pictures, but at arrival I got a room ina modern buiding away from mainbuilding . I think this is not fair.

Very good guest service. I contacted the property beforehand asking if we could park our electric bikes somewhere indoors. Upon arrival the receptionist let us know that we could park the bikes inside an empty room where we could also charge them. All staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant for dinner as well as breakfast was very good. Also, the hotel has a very cosy atmosphere. We would stay here again.

we stayed in a room spread over two floors with the bed on the upper floor and the bathroom downstairs but the stairs were quite steep to go down on during the night to go to the bathroom. the room also felt a bit cold and sparsely decorated

Not per se that we didn’t like, but what was noticeable was that during the rainstorm the water had difficulty to leave the building and gave bubbly noise and let water stand in the shower/toilet

The chairs in the dinning rooms were a bit tight to sit in. More open chairs would be desirable.

The staff wasn’t always there for us due to weddings held on the same location. I needed to explore the bar myself for sugar or a slice of lemon when staff didn’t appear.

Perfect room in the Botanica building, we loved the matrass en bedlinnen. Rooms are simple but sufficient.

The single room I stayed in was very small but just OK for 1 person. Almost all confort were available, but I would have appreciated if a TV would have been available. A part of this, nothing serious to complain about :)

Magnificent place, very relaxing and sorrounded by a big green area. All the buildings look amazing and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and full of choices.

Tiny room, the shower water splashes on the toilet, and very thin walls and doors. From 6 in the morning I was waken up by other guests leaving their room and going to breakfast. They did not act loud , but the walls are so thin that you hear every door open and close, and every step on the stairs next to the room.

The coffee and tea area in the cottage area of the section I was in was not kept in good condition. Dirty cups etc has been left for at least 3 days. Coffee was not replaced in the machines - complimentary cookies, etc was not reloaded. The corridor to the room was very smoky seems like there might have been some rooms where people were smoking. That made it little difficult and made me cough.

Breakfast was great. It was a lovely space - a little far from where I was supposed to be but accessible. Lots of great little cafes and restuarants near by. Room was cozy. Staff were very helpful.
