The shower head on the ceiling, if you stand underneath it, it sprays water outside the shower so the bathroom floor gets wetter unintentionally so you have to place a bunch of towels down. The safe didn’t work either, luckily my expensive items were safe

There was a problem with breakfast. There was little to no food and we had to wait for some items for a long time. Also the tables were not being cleaned, so we had to ask for a table to be cleaned before we could eat. At first we thought that it was a one-off event, however after reading some comments it clearly wasn't. The staff is clearly trying their best, however there aren't enough of them to provide a good service.

Great location, close to the city center. Welcoming and friendly staff. The fact that we could leave our luggage before the check-in time and after checkout was a big plus. The room was specious. The beds were comfortable. There was a coffee machine and a kettle in our room. We received additional coffee and tea bags without any extra charge, which isn't always the case.

Super location: close to the old town and to the transport. Property is clean and cozy. Breakfast is rich and provides variety of dishes.

No matress protector on beds only thin loose sheet.. One lumpy pillow given each.. sofa bed was very hard. Booked 3 deluxe rooms 2 were very small compared to the 3rd one.

Paid parking, room with too beds was cramped. The edge of the bed was so close to the dresser where it’s hard to move or open the fridge.

The location is just perfect - very close to thw old city The stuff is friendly and helpful The room is clean and cosy ( you can actually cook if you want - you have everything for this) You can order breakfast separately. It was very good. The price is good.

Not enough towels and inconsistent room service. Some maintenance issues but they got addressed while we were there.

Small and intimate - very easy to maneuver in. Our room was also as described - what we needed no more no less.

The staff were not always present on reception which was slightly inconvenient but always turned up reasonably quickly (within 10-15 minutes). Room wasn't 100% clean - dust on skirting boards and in corners of rooms but all the bits that really matter like bedding and towels were clean. The shower was broken so the head of the shower didn't hold up but the water pressure and heat was fine.

Really spacious room, comfy bed and fantastic location. Wasn't noisy considering how central it was. Were able to leave bags behind reception before and after check out on our first + last day which was extremely helpful. Fridge, coffee maker etc all provided in the room which is great.

Staff was always online in WhatsApp and that was very helpful. Also it's comfortable self-checkin is possible by access code to the building and apartment, of arrival is after 22:30

Perfect location. Apartment is situated in quiet area but only few minutes walk away from old town where are many tourist attractions, pubs restaurants ect. Our room was clean, spacious and well equipped. Air con kept us cool during hot summer night and beds were very comfortable. It was easy to contact our host.
