Only the view was not so perfect - there were something like garbage on the next possesion, but it is ofcourse not the hostel's fault. It was not so disturbing, as we were on the 4th floor, so we have just looked above that :) Also missing the private bathroom is always a minus for me, but here it wasn't so bad. One more thing - not something I didn't like, but worth to mention for others - there is no elevator and stairs are pretty high, especially when you will got the room on the higher floor :)

The apartment was very clean (and I am very strict on that topic :D), everything was perfect. Bed was comfortable, there was also a lot of space for all our stuff, as room was quite big for 2 people. Missing private bathroom was almost unnoticeable, as there were 3 shared bathroom on our floor, so at least one was always free when needed :) Breakfasts were great, you can get anythhing you need. Coffee is available for whole 24h. The staff was so nice and very helpful, it was a great pleasure to stay in this hostel! The localization is great in my opinion - it's very near to the very intersting city district, also subway is just accross the street. There are a lot of various restaurants nearby, so you will never be hungry:)

I liked Chalet D´Ávila Guest House. First of all, it was easy to get from the airport. So we used the metro and metro station was so close to the guest house. The staff was very friendly, so they let us to leave our bags then we could go out and have lunch nearby. In addition, the guys at the reception explained how to get to the city center and how to use the metro overall. The room was clean and bed was cosy. There was a bottle of water in the room which was really nice because the weather was pretty hot. The breakfast was good, there were yougart, croissant, etc. Thanks a lot to the guys for their hospitality!

Nothing in particular, the hotel was up to our expectation and even exceeded it on some points so we were more than happy to stay there and have a lovely chat about Taylor Swift with the staff!

We went to this hotel as it was quite nicely located and close enough for us to attend The Eras Tour in Lisbon. We weren't expecting much before arriving but we were blown away by how nice and helpful the staff was! They carried our bagage all the way up the stairs to our room and gave us a tour, which was great. The room was a good size, clean and very bright, which was perfect! The shared bathroom was also super clean, which is a big big big plus.

It was a bit strange sharing a bathroom with lots of people as opposed to an en-suite but it was very clean and it was free most of the time anyway.

I loved the fact that it was an older building so had lots of character but the rooms were very modern. The balcony was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. I also loved the little touches like tap water in the room and snacks on arrival.

Bright, exceptionally clean with friendly and helpful staff. Very easy to locate, situated right outside the metro line from the airport. Nice continental breakfast, with coffee and some snacks available throughout the day.

Can’t think of anything that I didn’t like. A great place to stay in the city.

Everything one needed on a budget. Easy to find, close (enough) to the airport, walking distance to livelier areas. Even though the washrooms were shared there were multiple of them and were cleaned frequently. The breakfast was pretty good and standard. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast could have had a few more vegan options, but otherwise, I was very happy with my stay here and will recommend this place to anyone travelling to Lisbon.

The rooms were beautiful and very clean, and so were the bathrooms. The staff was very friendly and forthcoming. I loved all the fruit at breakfast, especially that it didn't come as a fruit salad. Thank you for that!

There is no bathroom or toilet in the room. I didn't notice them in booking. There were 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets in the corridor for common use. Even though somehow they kept them clean all the time I am not used to not having a toilet in my hotel room :)

Check-in and hospitability was amazing, staff help me to organize my day in Lisbon. Also room was a big room and ceiling is very high which made it better. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean as well. Breakfast is in Buffet and good quality and quite a lot choices to select. The hotel is at the corner of Saldanha Metro stop so I can see entrance of metro from my room. Everything was at an easy access from hotel. Also there are restaurants, cafes around to eat and shops to buy fruits.
