Excellent! Clean, nice big room and very good location. The restaurant was absolutely great! I took a dinner and from very beginning to the end was treated exceptionally meeting the chef who guided me through menu and impressed with every meal I ordered. Definitely recommend!

Not the most cheerful staff (reception desk). Hard to get a smile or a sincere "welcome".

But the stay was overall quite nice. 10-15 walk from metro stations. Clean and comfy. Did not try the breakfast.

It is not a place if you are looking to experience the hustle and bustle of the old town, but great for us who need some quiet time

Friendly staff and a place that is value for money. The reception offer luggage storage to allow us to travel around Portugal and collect our luggage after that. Super grateful for that.

The space is a little tight for 2 large luggages. There is no kettle in the room but they provide a coffee machine that you can dispense water.

Convenient location, about 5-7 minute walk to either Prague or Saldanha Metro Station. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby even till 11pm. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, they offer luggage storage service which is great for us.

A very attractive and well located hotel. We found it easy to walk into the more touristy areas and it was also well placed for the Gulbenkian Museum. The waiting staff at the bar and at breakfast were particularly ‘sympathique’.

We got upgraded without even asking for anything. The suite was so spacious and comfortable. We had just arrived that day and couldn’t have asked for a better start to our holiday. The staff were so helpful. The location is also perfect.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were super helpful. Eduardo, Filipa and Edgar were very accommodating and attentive during our stay. Thank you for the bottle and decorations for our 35th wedding anniversary. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Special thanks to Eduardo for our wonderful takeaway lunch before returning home.

The staff at the front were ok, we had a problem with a window so we called the reception and they act like they are doing me a favor for taking care of, instead of just pop up and fix it. But the staff at the breakfast were great. The rooms were small with small a window that barely open. No fresh air and circulation is felt in the room.

False advertising on the website. There is no shuttle from the airport to the hotel despite listing on Booking.com that there was. Staff very apologetic, but CORPORATE NEEDS TO FIX because that was my primary reason for choosing the hotel. The taxi driver at Lisbon airport charged us 125 EUROS for a 14 minute drive from the airport so BEWARE! The hotel does offer a shuttle from the hotel TO the airport for 25 EUROS. No control of Air Conditioning in room. Had to leave window open and trash collectors/city workers very noisy at midnight.

The gentleman at the hotel when we arrived was very professional and understanding of our frustration with getting ripped off by taxi (charged 125 Euros for a 14 minute drive to the hotel). He recommended Uber in future. Spoke with manager the next morning who was accommodating and polite. Guess it’s more of a corporate issues for incorrect information that the hotel provides airport to hotel shuttle. The breakfast is great. The room is good. 30 minute walk to downtown center.

I didn't really like the breakfast though, I think they could have more variety. The hotel is also a bit far from city centre and you will need uber to move around a lot.

The hotel was in very good condition and the staff were very professional and pleasant. I was upgraded to seventh floor and my room had excellent views with a massive balcony which I thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel is in a residential neighbourhood with great restaurants and cafes around and a mall round the corner. it is 15mins from the airport and you can easily get around using uber to city center.

The room was very small; the bed was taking up most of it. One of us always had to be on it while the other was trying to do anything. No extra chairs, very limited space to unpack your bags. There was also no kettle in the room; just a coffee machine using the pods and the tiny cups. On our last night there, a rowdy group of teenagers moved into our floor, and we could hear everything through the door - felt like there was no soundproofing at all.

Very comfortable bed, great shower. Helpful and friendly staff - particularly the lady in the restaurant. Quick, no fuss check-in and check out. Decent shops and cafes nearby, plus a park with great view over the city. The restaurant wasn't amazing, but both food and drinks were very reasonably priced, and the portions were generous. The fridge in the room was appreciated, too.

Everything was just perfect!

My room was exceptionally good with a very comfortable big bed, good shower, a nice sitting area with sofa, table and chairs and an outside terrace area overlooking the city. Staff were always very helpful and attentive throughout my stay, very friendly and professional. This was my second time in OMID Saldanha and this time was even better than the first time, it exceeded my expectations. I also really enjoyed it's quite location in a very nice part of Lisbon city centre.

The bad sound proofing from the corridors. As soon as someone was talking, it was super loud. But this should be similar to most hotels. There were no tissue box.

Ok for sleeping/resting when you are most of the time outside.
