You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

PolandIt would be great if there were an option for waste segregation.
Quick and easy self-check-in, clean, with comfortable bunk beds and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. There's a grocery store nearby and a very responsive host makes it perfect for a last-minute, one-night stay.

GermanyI have no idea how the overall atmosphere changes when the capacity is fully utilized. I was there alone and of course that makes everything easier, but if there really are 8, 10, 12 people there at the same time, I think space and maybe cleanliness could become a concern.
This place is very special. Run by some friends who are travelers themselves, they felt that Slovakia needed more affordable accommodation for backpackers, so they decided to offer just that. The accommodation is located on the second floor of a family apartment building near the center of Turcianske Teplice. I was traveling alone and in the low season, yet to my surprise I had the whole apartment (at the time of writing it has 12 beds) to myself. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is small but had everything I needed, and the bathroom and showers were also new and clean. There is also a living room, a balcony and even a mini bar :-) The mountains, stores for grocery shopping and the train station are very close by. The owners tried to help wherever they could and gave great tips, e.g. on hiking routes.

SlovakiaThey have nice brand new comfortable beds with curtains so you can have privacy. Also a modern looking bathroom with led stripes and big shower is a big plus. You would not expect good modern hostel like this in such a small town. Recommended :)

It is a very comfy and small Hostel located in a quiet neigberhood. Clean and renovated. The bathroom is amazing, like in a 5 star hotel !

AustriaI go there and when I come to the adress A old lady opened and she looks not like to be a hostel owner or expect some guest. When I call the phone number the tell me the are not ready now When I say it to booking.com. The dont answer I go back to my home and book other hostels. But is a big problem by booking.com when you book a new hostel and something go wrong I have the tickets of going there by train. And I booked here the accomondation for the time where I want stay in this hostel. I have luck I booked not 14 days in other ways I must 200 Euro then 100 Euro Maybe this read someone
