the stay as a whole was perfect, the apartment was in great shape, well equipped, beautiful view, location, parking included, easy 10/10 rating, kudos to the host Vladimir who was very helpful and kind. All in all a great stay!

It is a centrally located hotel, right across from the presidential palace in Bratislava. The old town, with the restaurants and cafes is a short walk away. Nice hotel, friendly staff as you would expect from a Crowne Plaza.

Spacious and clean room, great value, and I could see the castle from my windows. Had many comfort features in the room: bottle opener, refrigerator, hot pot, etc.

Bed sheet was not clean enough, i.e. there was a big stain in the middle. And it looked like it wasn't ironed at all. Also, we had only 2 towels in total instead of 4.
