Bed sheet was not clean enough, i.e. there was a big stain in the middle. And it looked like it wasn't ironed at all. Also, we had only 2 towels in total instead of 4.

The prison next door and every time you go out into the yard someone looks at you from the prison window and tries to call you, which was creepy.

Your property was simply the best, with all the required amenities. Property is near to city center. Grocery, Bus Stop and restaurants are at walkable distance.

The bedroom could be a little bigger and the couch a little comfier. The oven instructions not very clear.

Parking is a bit expensive at €15 per night, but parking options in the area are limited.

A newly renovated villa, beautiful garden with a sauna and a pool. 4 garage spaces and a couple of more parking spaces behind the gate. The apartment was brand new. Great communication with the online reception.

There was written, that there are opportunity pay cash, but it wasn’t true. The apartment could be cleaner, there was dusty on the floor. It was a little uncomfortable living near a prison…

No blackout curtains, next door to prison hospital so the dogs were barking early in the morning. No curtains in the bathroom.

We went to Grape festival, parking was easy. Nothing much in the vicinity, 15 min walk to the city centre. Clean and new property.

On the other hand, it's next to a working penitentiary & hospital preventing use of the backyard area. And that fact explains why 3 taxi drivers fought over trying not to take me to this location. Google maps also mislists the prison as something else. Various keycode entries require turning the handle in different directions. The exit code box for the gate was not working. There was neither a hand towel for the bathroom nor handsoap available. Minimal cooking supplies also absent (I.e. cooking oil, spices, etc.). First floor windows should have electric external blinds installed to increase safety.

Nice modern apt with basic client amenities. On the one hand it's walkable to the old town and transit.

Next to jail. Jail was behind the fence and hails dogs barking a lot during the evening, little lees dyring the night but they started again in the morning. Electricity stopped working during the night. But I think this was just bad luck. No toiletteries. Only handsoap.

Very clean nice apartment. Good parking. Inside the apartment everything perfect.

It is quite strange to live near the prison and there were no curtains in the bathroom when you see the other windows while bathing. And the dog/dogs from the prison zone is very sensitive, it barks quite often at night (but for me is not a problem, since I have a dog at home too;) As we find, the oven do not work properly when you use an air circulation.

Nice apartments for 5 persons in the attic. Not far from the city center and the castle.

Payment process was really messy. As I booked there was no down payment via booking.com. Few hours after booking I got phone call where payment in advance was requested. They also proposed to continue conversation via WhatsApp because there supposed to be issue with booking.com messaging. I asked to send me text messages to phone listed in booking if booking messaging does not work. They sent me message with typos including in my name and some weird looking link. It all looked rather like some sort of scam to me. It was followed by another message stating that they mixed up my arrival date and I can pay as I arrive. When I was driving to the site I got another phone call demanding payment before I arrive. I was in the middle of highway ca 30 minutes from site. They where bit irritated after I told that I will not pay in advance because it looks suspicious to me. I want to pay after I arrive. Then I got message that they will make big exception for me and I can pay next morning because there is no staff in premises (I arrived ca 19:00 as I stated in the booking). Well if you have no mannend reception then why did not you asked payment in advance via booking.com at first place?

Facility seems to be brand new. There was complimentary bottle of local wine
