Wvery staff member we dealt with was so friendly and helpful. We stayed in a superior double room. It was roomy with complimentary tea. coffee, hot chocolate and water. Shower was excellent! The breakfast choice was extensive, there was no limit on the buffet. You ordered the hot food separately and it was delivered to your table with a smile. The hotel is under 10 mins to the centre.
