This property is a real hidden gem. We came to the room in awe. This must have been one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed (and we usually stay at Langham, Crown etc). Very boutique style with beautiful furnishings. We just loved it. We were able to get directly to the hotel by boat or gondola, which is all comfortable organised by the hotel. There was nothing we could fault - breakfast, service or room. Ideal place for honeymoon like we had.

Where shall I start? Not our first time in Venice and already had several hotels. This hotel is a reference of what it should be. Nice room overlooking courtyard. Super service from all the staff. Thanks to front desk, breakfast people and maintenance. The reception: correct and friendly service and helped me out with securing my camera. The room: our room was on the fourth floor. Beautiful and modern room with very good bed, nice decoration and squeaky clean. The maintenance: room and bathroom were polished to perfection. The hallways, stairs and common parts neat and top notch. Breakfast: complete, variety of offerings, super service from bartender who makes desired coffee for you. Kitchen staff who replenishes everything on time and makes sure everything stays tidy. All with a mean and smiling good morning. A big congratulations and respect for the staff their efforts. Location of the hotel: nice and central on the canal, next to the market. Easily accessible and quick to find. The hotel exudes friendliness and is finished to perfection. The full watch theme is reflected in the smallest detail. We will return next year and already know where we will stay!

It's marked as 4 stars on here, but feels very much 5 stars to me. Fantastic room, in a fantastic location. Friendly staff, great breakfast, there really is nothing to complain about. Sure, it's not the cheapest hotel, but given the quality and the location, I think it was worth every penny.

I liked absolutely everything. The hotels have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Incredible interior, delicious breakfasts, proximity to the center, but complete silence and tranquility. Special thanks to all the staff. We have never seen such care anywhere.
