Hotel is very nice, friendly staff, ready to help you with everything. We had a room with a fantastic view to Galata Tower and Bosforus Bridge. The hotel is newly renovated with a touch of Ottoman era and very clean. One station tram to Hagia Sofia and Blue mosque, with a lot of shops and restaurants around and very good connection to any other areas in Istanbul. Highly recommended!

Where can I begin to tell how great our experience with this hotel was? I will summarise everything briefly: 1. The location is unbelievable, walking just a few minutes you can reach Aghia Sofia, Sultanahmet Mosque and the Basilica Cistern. The street where the hotel is located is also nice, full of beautiful shops, restaurants and bars. 2. The staff is very caring and passionate. From the lovely ladies who served breakfast to the caring gentlemen who took care of our room, to the reception desk staff, all very kind and friendly people who really made us feel at home. 3. The structure itself is beautiful and very clean. The garden where you can have breakfast feels like a dream in the morning! Also the rooms have a very peculiar and beautiful style. 4. Breakfast was also good, with fresh products and good variety! We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights but we already can’t wait to return!!!

Ali was an amazing host! So so helpful from the moment we stepped into the hotel to giving us personalised maps with Istanbul must sees. The hotel is in such a great location and we were able to walk everywhere (definitely bring comfortable shoes). The terrace was absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise and we loved all the plants surrounding the hotel. Couldn't recommend this hotel more for a few days in Istanbul. Ali was also amazing for booking anything we needed (tours, taxis etc)

We had a great stay at this hotel with clean, well-equipped rooms. They provide tram/bus and SIM cards for use (return required); just add what you need (15₺ for a tram ride, 8GB are enough for some days). The room has a romantic feel with soft lighting, though it can seem a bit dim. The staff, especially the owner Zeynep, are incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is served to your table, and featuring a special traditional dish called Menemen on your last day. The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions like Galata Tower, making it a great choice for your stay.

All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The staffs at the check-in (I didn’t get their names, unfortunately) even ask me to take a photo of him with my husband haha. And Seydi at check-out made me feel like I am at home. The room is very spacious, with a beautiful view of Istanbul. The neighborhood can be crowded and noisy at night as there are lots of night entertainment around but we didn’t mind that.

This hotel was AMAZING as a frequent flyer this is the kind of hotel I look for! Clean modern and located so close to the Historic parts. Everything was a 5 minute walk and the bosphorpus was 10min. The staff are so so sweet kind and helpful! Best hotel in Istanbul ✅

Very nice, cozy and modern hotel in the center of Sultanhamed. The location is perfect, tram station 3 minutes by walk. A Lot of main attractions like Hagia Sophia, Topkapi palace, Grand bazaar, Spice bazaar…in walking distance. Also supermarkets, drug stores or restaurants everywhere near by. Very comfortable bed and in general everything very well equiped and cleaned every day. We had a room on the top floor, which has a small balcony with the sea view and sunset. Breakfast was fabulous, even my wife which has celiac disease had gluten free bread every day. Totally reccomend and will come back for sure🙂

An absolutely fabulous stay, too short ... We stayed in the dreamy loft, which has absolutely everything to make you feel at home. A fully functional living room and kitchenette, including a dishwasher. A warm and very pleasant atmosphere. Two bathrooms, equipped with everything you need. One downstairs and the other upstairs from the bedroom. The bedroom has a terrace where you can dine in the evening or in the morning, sit with a glass of wine and admire the surroundings. About the hosts, superlatives! The guys at the reception, wonderful, always helpful, always ready to show you around, give you advice or bring you something you simply forgot in your luggage. The owner, not to mention, knows how to make a guest feel at home. We will definitely be back! Thank you to our hosts! Hugs from Romania!
