The young receptionist called Elena (I think that was her name) was friendly and helpful and funny and her English was impeccable. She described in detail the exact explanation on the maps of the old city. Thanks to all the staff. Also Dora who gave me a leg massage. Everything about the hotel was perfect and at the moment remains the best hotel I have stayed in in the last 3 months.

The room was big and clean, and we had a little patio of our own at the ground floor, very nice surprise and really useful when you have a kid. The staff was very friendly, we felt welcomed.
