One of the best hotels we have every stayed in. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite with view towards the pool and the sea. Breakfast was excellent, a huge variety of high quality food. Clean pool, plenty of sunbeds and very warm water, we swam every morning before breakfast and the water felt like 28-29 degrees, then got even warmer during the day. Aparthotel Ponent Mar is set right next to the sea and beach in Mallorca. It is in the Palmanova resort, 15 kilometres west of Palma. The staff in the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating, always down for a joke! We felt very well taken care of and very welcome at all times. The hotel has 3 pools, one of them being at the rooftop which doesn't allow children, so it's an amazing place to relax with gorgeous views of the sea. Our room had a balcony with a gorgeous sea view!

The modern, adults-only Hotel Astoria Playa is located in heart of the popular resort of Alcúdia, just 150 metres from the beach. It has 2 outdoor swimming pools, including one with a chill-out zone, and free Wi-Fi. Everything was perfect in this hotel. Check in and check out easy and fast. Staff very, very friendly. It's located by the main street and you can easily access alcudia beach. Two swimming pools. Breakfast and dinner became very special events for us. Food was delicious and with many options, including vegans. (They set the room so beautifully you'll take a picture just to remember).

Guests can relax in the Hotel Cala Fornells’ spa, which includes a sauna and hot tub. There is an indoor pool and massage is available. In my view, that is the best place to stay during vacations: seafront location with spectacular view on the bay, crystal clear and warm water, a healthy and fresh Mediterranean meal on the open terrace with a sea view, excellent service and friendly atmosphere. That was our second trip to Cala Fornells; I hope to visit it repeatedly in the future.
