Spacious room, very nice amenities, good cleaning service for the room (several times per day), spectacular views towards the ocean and Gomera, excellent hotel location, in a quiet area (very good to have it in Tenerife these days), very nice pool area (several pools, some of them heated) and pool bar (thanks Justin for the drink service), excellent restaurants (thanks Ana-Maria, Luis and Jose Luis for a very good and discrete service) with a good variety of foods and wines, nice and very useful reception service (thank you, Cristina!), spacious underground parking. Not the first time in Tenerife and all in all I can say that this hotel is probably one of the best on the island and fully deserves its stars.

The traditional Canarian-style house recently features rustic decor, and offers views of the garden or city. There is a garden with exotic plants and fruit trees. It's a great place to stay in this area. Easy to access hikes around and the touristic area at the beach. Helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfasts.

The whole experience of the Hotel villa Maria was really amazing, the children's club was fantastic, our children absolutely loved Bea 😁

There are also sun loungers surrounding the pool, providing you with the perfect place to relax during the day. Follow this with a relaxation session in the beauty salon. Everything was beyond expectations, just perfect. The hotel is close to the beach, in a quiet area of Costa Adeje. We had a room with direct acces to one of the pools from the terrace of our room, with private sunbeds. The staff is very polite and helpful, the rooms and all common areas (bar, restaurant, pools etc) are always very clean. The food is great (both buffet breakfast and dinner). The design of the hotel is very pleasant, everything looks amazing and the facilities are great. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable. Looking forward to coming back!

Its many original features mean you can enjoy the rustic charm of this peaceful, rural village. Each spacious room comes with exquisite, traditional furnishings and cooling parquet floors, allowing you a good night’s rest in comfort. Very friendly and helpful lady at reception. Breakfast was good, as was the service. Room was a good size.

All accommodation includes 1 bathroom with a bath or shower and a hairdryer. The living area includes a sofa and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, while the kitchen comes equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, and a coffee machine. A dining table is also available. We have stayed at Las Rosas many times , usually in villa 1 which is perfect . We couldn't get that villa this time and my partner asked for a down stairs bedroom as its cooler , the only down side was where we were situated there was no sea view . The villa was clean and well maintained as usual & to be honest apart from sleeping in the villa we do not spend much time in it . The pool was clean and inviting , the girls in the shop were great as always & same for the reception staff . the bar / restaurant s back open , the staff were friendly could maybe do with another choice of beer on tap but that's just me and maybe look at the menu and go back to more snacky type food . But in general great place to stay and will probably be back again next year .
