The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable The breakfast was exceptional! We found it to be very conveniently located, as it is right in the center of Pistoia, just a short walk from the train station, museums and San Zeno Cathedral. This where we will stay when we return. Great place for longer stays, as every essential amenities provided, including washing room and irons. Everything was sparkling clean and spotless! Very quite neihbourhood, amazing place for a nice vacation!

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The cleaning staff is really amazing, the room was spotless every single day during my stay thanks to their amazing work. The reception and F&B team were so nice and helpful. The rooms are adorable and spacious, very quaint and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The location of this hotel is perfect, very quiet yet still super close to the center and train station, you can walk everywhere!

This was my favorite place on a 10-day trip through central Italy. It's next to the University and I think it's an old professor's house. My room was quite fine but the inside of the house was gorgeous. There were piles of books everywhere (and I do mean EVERYWHERE!), mostly history, psychology, and philosophy. The breakfast was very good; they did offer to cook me some eggs but I declined. The reception was very helpful with parking. It's in the middle of a ZTL and I unknowingly parked in it. He walked two blocks with me to get the license plate and arrange that I didn't get fined.

Featuring a seasonal outdoor with a sun terrace, Borgo Sant'Ambrogio - Resort is located in Pienza. The resort has a garden and barbecue facilities. The location is absolutely beautiful. The view from our room was breathtaking. It completely exceeded my expectations. We went for my birthday and they gave me the most delicious tart during dinner. The staff was super nice and friendly.
