The house was clean, spacious and a quick walk to beach. We usually drove to one of the several beaches near by due the amount of stuff we needed for the day out. This rental is located in a beautifully treed area with the property backing onto a bird sanctuary. The lush grounds and flowers are a lovely sight from inside and outside of the house as you sit in the yard or on the deck. We saw a deer visiting the garden one day and that was a lovely sight! The hosts were attentive and kind.

Excellent bed, lovely courtyard, and well stocked kitchenette. Great grocery store across the street with local wine and cheeses, and a small coffee spot to enjoy a fresh baked scone. Would certainly stay again.

The room is quite small but good enough for one night. We could hear a few people but the place was quiet by 10 PM. We love the village and right across the street is the Grape Leaf cafe which offers fantastic takeout food. The breakfast sandwiches were excellent and carried us through until dinner time.

The rooms are updated with mod-cons, comfortable tasteful furnishings and very clean. The courtyard is lovely, and very welcoming. Nice garden spaces for relaxing and, although there are some shared areas (large kitchen, dining & lounge), there was still plenty of private space to retreat to if you wanted privacy. We did actually enjoy chatting with fellow guests who were able to give us Aussies some pertinent tips for exploring the local area.....including some good fishing spots!
