This really is an excellent choice. Easily the best place to stay in Termez. The rooms are huge for the price you pay and it is in a quiet, residential suburb. Easy to grab a taxi outside to the city centre or airport but without all the noise and dust of the city centre. Just across the road is an excellent cafe and also a fish restaurant and a shop for supplies is just two minutes away. Very clean, friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast.

Comfortable Home Stay in Termiz provides accommodations with a garden, a bar, and a shared lounge. Guests are welcome to go for a swim in the heated pool. I would be surprised if it's possible to find a better place to stay in Termiz for that price range. The common room and the garden were designed by a genius (spacious, cool, designed to relax). The sleeping rooms are better than most I've seen in Central Asia. The owners are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I visited during the low season and they treated me with a superb dinner that I'll never forget. It was a highlight of my visit to Uzbekistan. They also speak excellent English and are very knowledgeable about anything you might be interested in as a tourist (tourist sights, history, logistics, politics,..).

Sanjar, the owner was great and so helpful, organized us transfers both from Bukhara and to Samarkand, great communication at al times, it was pleasure to meet him in person. He can also help to organize local tours if asked in advance.
