Great walking distance to the bus station and to the pier, very friendly charismatic owner, “deep” clean room ;) and it was very quite during the night. Good wifi and right next to the building is a small supermarket.

I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the hotel, the room was exceptionally clean and all of the staff were outstandingly friendly and helpful. I had the best sleep while I was here. And OMG the king size pillows, so comfy and snuggable.

They engaged in conversation and made us feel completely at home. We loved the terrace area, especially for enjoying our complimentary morning coffee and, in the evening, our cold beers purchased on site. The hotel looks out over the bay so the views are incredible and it is possible to swim from the pier outside. We were able to store our luggage whilst waiting on our bus on the day of check-out, which was much appreciated. This is a little gem of a hotel and, with the plans we heard about, is going to get even better. We can't wait to come back and stay again.

The Cerros Beach Inn is eco friendly, solar power , wonderful location in beautiful surroundings, one of our best holidays and can totally recommend.

Offering a private beach area and water sports facilities, Serenity Sands is eco-friendy and situated off grid, 6.4 km north of Corozal Free private parking is available on site. The ambience in and around the premises was very relaxing; and the pool and open areas were available at our convenience. Breakfast was healthy and delicious. We love Penny, she is very friendly and great host!

Orchid Bay Resort is set directly on Orchid Bay Beach, in a secluded area of Corozal Bay. It offers an outdoor pool, a bar-restaurant and stylish bungalows with well-equipped kitchens. Great, comfortable beach hut in a beautiful setting. Came here for some rest and relaxation after some long drives across Mexico and back. Dave and Damaris were really lovely hosts, and I can't recommend them enough.

Located in Chunox , 40 km from Bacalar, The Crimson Orchid Inn features air-conditioned rooms and free private parking. We loved the hospitality given by Steven and the beauty of the place.

Hotel Lagoon - Pet Friendly is located 20 minutes’ drive from Bacalar Lagoon and 1.3 km from the Belize Border, in the suburbs of Chetumal. It offers free Wi-Fi throughout and has an outdoor pool. Everything was great. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great omlette breakfast, clean rooms, hot water, clean pool and located close to the free zone. Enjoyed our stay, will be back
