Shuttle bus works amazing, picking up and taking to the airport, however the best is when you are able to call a Chinese phone number The facility was very beautiful, clean and comfortable The breakfast choice was amazing, so many options for food and drinks Great value for money!

Providing free shuttle service to Pudong International Airport and Disneyland, New Knight Royal Hotel is only a 15-minute drive from Pudong International Airport. the breakfast at 6 am was very tasty!! Rice buns and pumpkins are soooo delicious! please tell the chefs thank you much ~

Toilets are also there. Very tidy! - For those who couldn’t eat breakfast because we have to fly very early they gave us take away!!! - The staff replied quickly when I made a question after I made the reservation. - The staff was really helpful with all the questions I had face to face. Very kind! - I got told to mention staff ID 205206 if I was pleased with the service so there it goes~ - The corridor had great illumination. My dad didn’t like my previous hotel because it felt like a haunted hotel hehe. - Shuttle service!!

The staff was super friendly and helped us out a lot with various requests! Also, all the tiny things were surprisingly good, for example the toothbrushes were high quality wich is rare for a hotel.

This is a truly amazing little hotel. Yes the rooms are small and the property looks low key from the outside, but well managed and staffed as a hotel. We stayed twice for our 1 month trip to China, inbound then outbound, both experiences were exceptional. The spotless clean maintenance of the hotel, the warmth and kindness of the staff, the helpful shuttle drivers, and the breakfast. In particular, the willingness to go extra mile for guests no matter what their needs are. The first time was that my 15 year old daughter accidentally separated from me at the airport, having to arrive early by herself at the hotel, with no money in the pocket. Multiple reception girls took care of her along the way, from shuttle pickup, to settling her in her room, and even fed her before my arrival. The 2nd time(outbound) was my old frail parents having extra luggage, oversized too(no joke). The kind gentleman in the lobby and number 11 reception girl went extra mile to accommodate us. They arranged in advance a big bus, instead of their normal medium coach, to accommodate the large volume of our luggage, also helped us loading all the luggage. Thank you so much to all of you! We will surely return.
