Very comfortable, beautiful room with all the amenities one could wish for, very clean, it was easy to retrieve the key with a code, great bed, coudl have stayed more nights if it had been necessary. Excellent location.

Kat welcomed me upon arrival with bonafide friendliness and showed me around the Lodge which has so much character and is so very cosy! The communal kitchen is perfectly outfitted with all you'd need to prepare almost any meal and is so very clean and easy to clean after use. Kat and I talked for a half and hour or so outside the Lodge shortly after I had settled in and it was easy to see that she genuinely engages in conversation with guests with interest. I saw Chris as I headed out on on a walk to get some groceries and although he was talking with someone else he called out a greeting to me and gave a big wave. There's a great welcome guide in the rooms with a history of the property, synopsis of the conservation efforts ongoing on the farm, information on local shops, etc. You will not be bothered by the hosts but if you have a question or just want to say hello, rest assured you can knock on their door and know you will be more than well received!

Crannaford Cottage offers accommodation in Broadclyst. Guests benefit from free WiFi and private parking available on site. The spacious apartment met all our needs, had lots of natural light and the grounds were immaculate. Our host was very kind and thoughtful. Our two night stay was convenient for visiting nearby villages for family history and access to Exeter. We enjoyed being able to prepare our own meals in the well equipped kitchen. We also liked having the food co-op only a little over a mile away.

the grange boutique guest house has a peaceful location, yet offers easy access to Exeter Airport and the M5 motorway. Free parking is possible on site, and free WiFi is accessible throughout. Clean, comfy and very nice staff!

Hues Piece Paynes Farm accommodation in Broadclyst, 34 km from Torquay and 8 km from Exeter. The property is 36 km from Taunton and free private parking is provided. I stayed with my parents and my sister, in Oct-23. This is a great place. Plenty of parking, comfortable, clean, full kitchen and a great big TV. The host, Tina, was waiting for us and offered any assistance when we arrived. Highly recommended!
