This place is located in the middle of the national park of Kotychy and Strofylia Wetlands, surrounded by nature. You can easily reach the sandy beach by 10 minutes walking. The room was clean, quiet, equipped with a fridge and a balcony with a small table and chairs. The staff is very kind. Do not miss a dinner at the restaurant, the quality of the food is so high (expecially fresh fish) and the chef is excellent. We had a beautiful night outside in the garden, eating calamari and grouper while enjoying a bottle of Kalogria wine.

We were very pleasantly surprised, compared to some bad reviews, we did not expect it to be so nice. The owner was very accommodating and pleasant to us. What we could notice is that there is plenty of space outside for parking and for children individually. The view of the mountains is breathtaking, the morning coffee on the terrace was priceless for us. The beach is very close, clean, sandy, the Ionian Sea and one of the most beautiful we have been to so far. As we found out, because we are also planning vacation here for July , ALL INCLUSIVE is available at the hotel, so we are really delighted with everything. There is a lot of content, and we are looking forward to the next arrival . BEST PRICE FOR VALUE!

The hotel is most beautifully located under shady pine trees and surrounded by meadows and a small mountain ridge. The breakfast is excellent, the staff extremely friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome as a family with two children.

The gardens and huge grounds provide an abundance of leafy privacy, and yet you are only 5 minutes walk through pine woods and dunes to the magnificent beach. And 10-15 minutes walk to the 3 main dining options, all of which are very good, but the warm welcome and deliciously fresh food at Petro's Taverna deserves particular mention. Leonidas is a warm, responsive and generous host who was keen to ensure we were comfortable and well-looked after. Villa Dunes is truly a special place and I cannot recommend it highly enough. We are very hopeful of staying there again in the future.
