What a lovely person. I had an issue with checking my flight etc. The patience the girl showed me was way beyond expectation. She was very kind and did not rush me in the process. Really hope when I stay there again that she will be my first contact again. Don't know the name of the gentleman that did the cleaning on my floor. He was very helpful.

The only thing that made this stay even remotely worth the cost was the sheer number of beds available for the price. In one (small) room, they are able to fit quite a few people. This is why I score it a 2/10 rather than a 1.
