Check-in was extremely quick and easy. The staff were extremely knowledgeable on the area and provided a map with proposed itineraries with QR codes describing them in greater detail. They also recommended some lesser-known local sites worth visiting during our stay. The breakfast was phenomenal, with various pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, fresh fruits, juices, and yogurt. There was more, but overall the freshness and quality were top notch. We had dinner at their restaurant every night, which gave us a wide variety of local tastes. Honestly, we tried 80% of the menu and everything was great! This is a great spot to relax outside the city, but still close enough for day trips anywhere in Tuscany.

Claudia is an amazing host, we had such a warm welcome, and she gave us great advice on places to go eating. I will say she is a great “cherry on the top” to the amazing property she has.

Set in the beautiful green Tuscan countryside, Borgo San Lorenzo a Linari offers high-level services and outdoor activities. It is a few km from the historic city of Siena. Exceptional surroundings, well maintained. Beautiful gardens and an amazing pool. We loved the old castle vibe and the rooms. The breakfast served in the courtyard was delicious with fresh food served every morning. Definitely a place we would love to visit again.

Everything was perfect and better than expected. First of all, the location is useful since it has beautiful views, it’s just 15’ away from Siena, plus it has a Coop supermarket less than 5min away in the small village near the place. We felt at home, the apartment itself is super equipped with all of the necessary utilities and more (three different types of coffee machines, dishwasher, toaster, etc). But what we loved the most is how cozy it felt. Beautiful decoration, all of it was very neat and clean. The staff was super welcoming and friendly. Marco and Valentina made sure we where ok at all time in case anything missed. Plus, they welcomed us with a bottle of local wine. Also, if you like horses, there are some of them at the back of the hotel. Not for riding though, but you can manage a Ride in a nearby place with the staff.
