The first thing you will notice is lots of friendly staff. They are always looking to make your stay as nice as possible. They anticipate your needs, and are ready to help and they go above and beyond expectations. They treated every guest the same. The gentleman who looked after everyone for the shuttle bus in the west building was particularly amazing. He took my luggage to a safe place while I checked out and then directed me to wait on some couches. He ran ahead of a small group to move one of the couches so no one would be 'inconvenienced' or 'disturbed' in anyway to make room for more people waiting for the bus. That level of service leaves a lasting impression. The next thing you notice is that everything just works, and it works smoothly. The food and room service was excellent. Breakfast in the main restaurant was spectacular and I got to try lots of interesting things.
