Excellent value for money. It's an older guesthouse with basic facilities but with a fresh lick of paint. Exceptionally clean. Firm mattress but not super -hard so comfortable. Nice area out front for good breakfast or to sit and relax and talk to fellow travellers. Very nice and helpful French and Laotian couple.

מקום האירוח Pakse Backpacker Hostel2023 מציע גינה ובר, וממוקם בפקסה במרחק של 200 מ' מWat Luang ו-600 מ' מPakse Bus station. הגענו להוסטל ב9 בבוקר אמרו לנו שהאנשים שבחדר צריכים לעשות צ’אק אווט ב11 ושב12 להגיע לצאק אין. משכנו את הזמן עד 12 וכשהגענו אמרו לנו שאין מקום בדורמס אחרי שסגרנו איתם יום לפני בבוקינג ודיברתי איתם אפילו לפני אז הם ידעו שאנחנו אמורים להגיע. סובבו אותנו באיזה 3 הוסטלים עד שהיה להם חדר של 3 במשל שעתיים וחצי עם כל התיקים חוויה לא כיפית ונעימה. הם לא הכי מסודרים ועדיף לא הכי לבנות עליהם פשוט…

Situated in front of the night market, ATMs , Korean food, even a Thai coffee shop . Chato is your best option . Skip the trendy , pricy places, as they are not always the best. Sleep well at Chato .

אכסניית סאנגה (Sanga Hostel) שוכנת בפקסה (Pakse), פחות מ-5 דקות הליכה מוואט לואנג (Wat Luang) ורק 10 דקות הליכה מנהר קונג (Kong River). It was one of the best hostels I stayed in by now. The bed and rooms were big, bathrooms were nice, clean and also very spacious. The staff was so friendly and helpful, you could rent scooters directly there, book every bus or tour there and they helped you with planing the loop (I didn’t do one, but I saw it :)) The food downstairs is also ok and you could refill your water for free. They have a souvenir shop. The area around is also ok, some restaurants and coffee shops, and ATMs are near.

Offering a restaurant, Pakse Hotel is set in a former cinema and casino, which is located 3 km from Pakse International Airport. Free WiFi access is available in all areas. The breakfast buffet was small but gave a wide variety of options. I got to try some Laotian food I have never had. They also had western options. The sky bar was a nice way to end each night. In the room, the beds were big and soft! Lastly, the staff was friendly and helped us out as much as they could. Definitely staying here again when I visit Pakse.

Athena Hotel provides comfortable rooms and an outdoor pool, a 10-minute walk from the centre of Pakse. It also has free Wi-Fi, which is available throughout the hotel. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The staff very friendly. I really enjoyed being able to come back each day and have a swim. I ate in the hotel most nights the meals on offer were fine as was the breakfast. It was easy enough to organise airport pick up and tours through the hotel.
