Area was quiet but great location, walking distance from the town. Staff were super friendly. Allowed us to check in at 5am! Food available at the property. Owner was specially nice in helping us figure out what bus we needed, took us to bus station and helped us buy tickets to make sure we would get normal prices. Highly recommend this place if you're in Savannakhet :)

Breakfast is very good and reasonable price for lunch and dinner at avalon coffee . Nice staff and helpful. The room is large and clean.
