Within walking distance of the airport and the town. Added bonus, the beach is only a few hundred metres away. What added to a great stay was the host Jamal. Such a great and helpful guy who does everything right by his guests. I was on the move but would have loved to stay longer.

Zur Zeit ist die Anlage eine Baustelle. Unser Studio war unzumutbar durch den Baulärm, laut, laut und ringsherum dreckig durch die Bauarbeiten, der Betonmischer 10 Meter vor der Tür...von morgens bis abends. Vor der Terrasse ein Bagger, abgedeckte Dächer, kaputter Pool...dort konnte man keinen Urlaub verbringen. Das nach Irma noch nicht alles ok ist , ist verständlich, doch in der Beschreibung war davon NICHTS zu lesen...wir fühlen uns betrogen.

Sehr französisch, Marigot, der Hauptort hat im Gegensatz zu Philipsburg, dem Hauptort der niederländischen Seite der Insel sehr viel Charme und hervorragende Restaurants zu bieten.

es war für uns ein reiner "gammel" Urlaub,...
es war für uns ein reiner "gammel" Urlaub, Begrenzte Sehenswürdigkeiten, ist eine kleine Insel( ca. 12x14 km), zu jeder Zeit Strandfieling, über das Jahr 28-31 Grad, Wasser > 28, optimal gelegenes Apartemente, keine großen Hotels in der Nähe, ruhige-entspannte Atmosphäre

Das Blue sail Hotel ist sehr sauber, komplett neu ausgestattet und bietet alles was man braucht, sogar ein Bügeleisen ! Endlich einmal eine Unterkunft, in der ALLES funktioniert. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man schläft gut ohne permanente Hintergrundmusik wie in den Nachbarhotels. Die Besitzerin Anne ist extrem hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend bei allen Buchungsvorgàngen. Für einen Katamarantrip ist das Hotel sehr gut gelegen , da es direkt an der Marina liegt.Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist locker mit sehr freundlichem Personal, welches auch mal Extrawünsche erfüllt.

In der Bucht ist Baden nicht möglich (Steine und Meertang), doch gibt es schöne Strände in etwa 10 Minuten (mit dem Auto) Entfernung (Anse Marcel, Ilet Pinel, Orient Bay). Sensationell ist das Angebot an Restaurants in Grand Case (ebenfalls 10 Minuten). Nicht billig, aber hervorragende Küche und Service.
