I had to cancel finally this stay because my next airplane was from terminal 2 (Air Asia is always T2). They have refound my money ina day. Thanks for understanding my situation.

Perfect for me with a 10hr stopover in KL. Lovely staff, especially the young man doing the night shift (sorry don't know his name) but very kind and polite young man. So lovely to meet such people.

Sama-Sama Express KLIA2 is located in KLIA Terminal 2. Our transit hotel caters exclusively to guests on international departure or transit to international destination flights from KLIA Terminal 2. Brilliant for a 14 hour stop over in KL. Didn’t even have to leave the terminal. Very quiet , just what is needed breaking up a long flight . Would definitely stay again.

The service, the facilities, brand new, clean, convenient, the shuttle to the airport. Honestly it was world class and I wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the facilities such as the swimming pool and excellent gym.

I love everything, really, the staff are really nice. The capsule was definitely such a great experience. I thought it would be scary because it's a capsule but it didn't feel scary at all. They got a mirror that makes you feel not being trapped in a tiny place . It looks cool. Pretty modern. Nice place to sleep if you wanna look for a place to sleep immediately. They're open 24 hours . Unlike other hotels that implement strict check in time. I'm very satisfied

Aerotel Kuala Lumpur (Airport Hotel) - Gateway@klia2 offers accommodations located within gateway@klia2. Guests can enjoy drinks at the in-house bar. It's very convenient to stay for the long stopover right at the airport. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Nice cosmetics in the bathroom.

I didn't read properly and battled to find the place. For first time travellers to Kuala Lampur, it is a bit of a mission finding it. But the airport and hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful when I eventually got there. I also did not read properly, in that you can only book in for 6 hours 😂😂😂 But all in all a good experience and staff were absolutely amazing. Thank you.
