Located on the beautiful Redang Island, Redang Island Resort offers standalone chalets that overlook the sea or rainforest. The property offers an outdoor pool, spa and free Wi-Fi in public areas. The staff were amazing and super friendly. The driver was very keen to pick us up and drop us off wherever we were going. We had to do some laundry whilst staying at the resort and the receptionist offered to support with a bank transfer to withdraw cash (as there's no ATM on the island). The swimming pool was sensational, and the activities they arranged were excellent fun! We did the three point snorkeling with sea turtles, played some snooker, and did the evening boat trip to long beach. They have an on-site masseuse who was fantastic. The rooms themselves had very comfy beds and great air conditioning.

Redang De' Rimba is a hillside chalet offering views over the surrounding mountainous landscape. It features a restaurant, billiards facilities and rooms with free Wi-Fi access. The staffs were really friendly and assisted us with whatever we need. Will definitely come back again.

Our stay at the Taaras resort has been 11 out of 10. Firstly, I would like to mention how beautiful the actual island is and the bay where the resort is located. Crystal clear turquoise coloured waters of the South China Sea, and the soft white sand can’t leave you indifferent. The beach is very well taken care of by the Taaras resort. Mind you, it’s a closed bay - for Taaras guests only; meaning no strangers, no crowds. The staff of the Taaras Beach & Spa resort have been beyond exceptional. Every single one of them. I was stunned by their friendliness, professionalism, attentiveness and their willingness to do their best to accommodate us. I did have some special needs due to health issues, and I received the best attitude. Anita, Florina, Samantha, especially Anita, have been assisting me virtually every step of the way, which was extremely comforting, I am very grateful for their kindness and care. Buffet breakfasts were included in the room rate, lunch and dinners were paid separately, the food has always been freshly cooked and delicious, making it way too easy for us to overeat. Speaking of our room, upon arrival the resort kindly provided me with an upgrade, and the room we got was just spectacular, very spacious, with a breathtaking view of the cliff and the beach. It was beyond amazing and it seriously contributed to our level of joy, many many thanks. The resort offers enough activities. I chose to do one-stop snorkeling, which was just ideal for me, not too short and not too exhausting to the point of irritation; I enjoyed it immensely. Our instructors who escorted us by boat, were super professional and alert, carefully looking after every participant of the trip. Overall, this was the exact experience and mental de-stressing I was looking for, and the Taaras Beach & Spa resort has generously provided it. Thank you so very much and wish you all the best.

Set in Kampung Hulu Caluk, 41 km from State Museum of Terengganu, thesanctuary@telagapapan offers accommodation with water sports facilities, free private parking, an open-air bath and a garden. the location was excellent. Assistants were very helpful. Kitchen at the main house adequately equipped. the serenity of the place made us stay-in and frequent the beach scrapping all other items in the itinary . We cristened the horse as " tobie '' and fed him apples!! We had the beach absolutely to ourselves and enjoyed buying fish from the incoming boats at the small fishing 'harbour ' nearby.
